The mortgage process has been the best through Rocket each time I have dealt with them. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and stay away from local Banks who do mortgages and banking and investments and bank accounts like a one stop shop. Instead go to the Rocket experts who do what they are good at MORTGAGES, Period. Go to Sam if you need to feel heard, validated in the right choices and decisions within the many options available. He makes it a seamless process, and I can't thank him enough for the phone call I almost ignored on the day he reached out to me as an existing client of Rocket.
