If I could give Samr (6) stars, I would. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and was highly responsive. Samr is the best that I have encountered over the course of my five closings over the years. I felt like this process was a lot more difficult than any closing that I have had, due to the underwriting team focusing on trivial matters that caused me great frustration. To be clear, if it weren't for Samr, I would have taken my money elsewhere. He was able to talk me off of the walking ledge and help coach me through the process. I would recommend Samr 100% of the time to close friends and family. He made the process work at the last minute, and went to great lengths to pull levers to get us towards the goal line.
