Sebastian did great. He really helped me get through the process, when it became frustrating. I had a problem with the underwriters wanting a foreclosure addendum, in regards to my solar system, because no way is our property going to foreclosed upon, and it costs me $100.00 to get a pdf from Spruce Solar. He talked me through out the whole mess, and We should close next Monday. Good Job ...Sebastian did great. He really helped me get through the process, when it became frustrating.
