Sebastian did great. He really helped me get through the process, when it became frustrating. I had a problem with the underwriters wanting a foreclosure addendum, in regards to my solar system, because no way is our property going to foreclosed upon, and it costs me $100.00 to get a pdf from Spruce Solar.
