I can tell you that I used Rocket Mortgage for a convenience factor. My realtor almost cringed. Wissam reached out on a Saturday minutes after I applied and said “I’m working it now”. December 7th 2024. Provided an App , checklist and I was prepared. Worked it daily, outstanding communication, I hadn’t even found a house yet! Found a house following morning, submitted offer and closed and posted ...I can tell you that I used Rocket Mortgage for a convenience factor. My realtor almost cringed. Worked it daily, outstanding communication, I hadn’t even found a house yet! Found a house following morning, submitted offer and closed and posted by December 30th 2024! I don’t know, is that a record? 21 days from application to funding! Great job Wissam & team! My realtor was absolutely impressed and so was I ! Being able to close so fast leaves the buyer with the ability to negotiate a better deal!
