I thought that Zach did an excellent job of begin a partner in this process. After the initial reach out, he was good about not reaching out too often as my wife and I worked through our decision. As soon as we were ready to move forward, Zach spent enough time with us to answer all our questions and prepare us to finalize the loan. I give Rocket Mortgage a 5 start rating. I just wish Zach would have returned phone calls on questions I had it would have been nice to do some consolidating but I was never giving any information on what my options were.
