Zachary reached out to me to see if I needed anything concerning my mortgage. I asked about a heloc. He pulled my credit and said everything looked good. After it looked like we were ready to do something, he would only respond once every couple of days. The first thing I received was a hurry up and lock it in proposal to refinance my mortgage at a stunning 6.75%. That may sound ok but my current rate is 3.5%. Then after I complained about that, he sent a hurry up and lock it in Home Equity Loan at 11.8%. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me, maybe the company has a goal of trying to eliminate all of the small interest rate loans (he did reach out to me first).
