Within just a few minutes of talking to him, he was able to tell us exactly where we stood and what we needed to do. Ramin got us pre-approved very quickly. After our offer was accepted, he worked hard to move our loan from pre-approval to funding and closing in an amazingly short time. With cash buyers, having Ramin on our side made a huge difference. What we appreciated most was that Ramin was not only professional, but he also treated us like family. Working with him felt like working with a close friend who genuinely cared about helping us achieve our dream of becoming homeowners. In fact, I was sad to not speak to her when the loan was done, as we communicated nearly on a daily basis. She is truly an asset to her profession and to the Rocket Mortgage family. I came into my first home-buying experience expecting all lenders to be deceptive and self-serving, but that could not have been further from the way that Alex conducted himself. From day 1, he was extremely honest and ethical. He always went above and beyond to help me through the very complicated and overwhelming process of buying a home. Not only did I feel that he was trustworthy, he was also just good at his job. He was extremely attentive and would always respond quickly, even outside of normal working hours. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. You can't go wrong by working with Alex Long!"

I was brand new to the home buying process and when Joseph called me out of the blue offering to help, it was like Willy Wonka just handed me the golden ticket. I had a million and one questions that I’m sure I could have Googled the answer, but I would just wait to ask Joe. Honestly, I trusted him more! He explained everything in detail and was extremely patient through it all. Even as I went on through the process and worked with other Rocket Mortgage employees, I was often times redirected to Joe because he was just that knowledgeable! A coworker of mine was also in the process of buying a home and I recommended Rocket Mortgage. She reached out to them, but did not have the same experience and I told her, “Well, that’s because you didn’t have a Joe!” I can’t thank him enough for making our home buying process as stress-free as humanly possible. If I ever refinance, Joe will be my first call!"

We...My husband and I have been married for 46 years and have experienced multiple moves, mortgages, refinances, etc. Initially, I was hesitant to use a company outside of our banks and/or credit union. We began a refinance process with Rocket Mortgage and CLOSED only 3 weeks later! Amazing! The main reason for such a smooth, expedited refinance process was due to our incredible banker Jace! We was so clear, efficient, patient, professional and knowledgeable that we sailed through to closing from start to finish in 3 short weeks. We have NEVER had a real estate transaction process this quickly. Jace was a ROCKSTAR banker. If we need mortgage services in the future, we will definitely come back to Jace and Rocket Mortgage! Thanks to Jace, we are two VERY happy customers (and will be repeat customers if needed in the future!)."
