I was brand new to the home buying process and when Joseph called me out of the blue offering to help, it was like Willy Wonka just handed me the golden ticket. I had a million and one questions that I’m sure I could have Googled the answer, but I would just wait to ask Joe. Honestly, I trusted him more! He explained everything in detail and was extremely patient through it all. Even as I went on through the process and worked with other Rocket Mortgage employees, I was often times redirected to Joe because he was just that knowledgeable! A coworker of mine was also in the process of buying a home and I recommended Rocket Mortgage. She reached out to them, but did not have the same experience and I told her, “Well, that’s because you didn’t have a Joe!” I can’t thank him enough for making our home buying process as stress-free as humanly possible. If I ever refinance, Joe will be my first call!"

Years prior to this purchase, I went through the devastating experience of foreclosure and the circumstances surrounding mine were equally heartbreaking. My fiancé as a small business owner had a variety of credit issues that when added to mine made our home buying process much more difficult. So much so that even our own bank that we dealt with denied our loan far in the underwriting process. Our realtor asked us to trust her as she recommended Leigh. We were weary from frustration and disappointment, but I’m so glad we said yes! I was completely overwhelmed yesterday with gratitude and relief that God really did restore everything I lost.
