She worked quickly to provide clear, competitive quotes and consistently secured the best mortgage option for us — even as we compared multiple lenders. She was highly responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive at every stage. No question was too small, and no issue felt too complicated for her to handle. Most importantly, she kept everything moving smoothly and helped ensure we closed without delays. We’ve already referred friends her way, and we would absolutely work with her again."

What I really appreciated about her was her commitment to the numbers she originally quoted—there wasn’t even a dime of difference from what she initially told me I would be paying. She was very detailed and clear whenever she explained something. On the flip side, there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times. However, I don’t hold that against her—it was during the holiday season, and she was clearly working through that period to get everything finalized. I understand she must have been extremely busy."

He was constantly attentive to my needs. If I could give him 100 stars, I would; he was the only one who could truly help me, staying by my side from the very beginning right through to the end. In the past, I had worked with other people and wasn't satisfied, but Jeff helped me tremendously—and for that, I am deeply grateful."

We liked the fact that most of the time she answered her phone (not a robot) and when we had to leave a message we knew she would get back to us as soon as she could! Would definitely recommend Selena to anyone looking for a new home loan or refinancing your current home:)"

Thank God, Chris answered it and from day one I already felt that I can trust her and to my surprise she helped me all the way through and even go above and beyond her duties . I can ask her anything and she will respond truthfully anytime. I can text or call her anytime. I really appreciate everything that you’ve done for me Chris. And I will make sure to recommend you to all my family and friends. Lastly I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication to help me. Continue to do what you are doing and remember you will be very successful in whatever you do. God bless you more and have a good health and long life ❤️❤️❤️"

That would be the icing on the cake. I have however had the pleasure of Mike being assigned as my Home Loan Expert, and he has well exceeded my expectations. Mike has so far made my first time journey towards home ownership an absolute pleasure and a stress-free experience. Thanks Mike!"
