He walked me through every little detail. I had days where I was so frustrated and he was there to help me recover. I can’t praise his expertise enough. Some days he just called to check on me and to me that spoke volumes to me that he actually cared about me, even though I knew I was not his only client. Rocket Mortgage is soooo lucky to have a person of this caliber working for them. My plan is also to thank him with a personal email for assisting me and being there for it all….beginning to end. I am not sure who will be reading this rating for Timothy McMahon, but I sincerely hope you are paying him what he is worth. He puts the “Rock” in Rocket. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write my experience with Tim. Trust me….if you get Tim as your mortgage representative with Rocket Mortgage, you will truly be in good hands!"

He patiently explained what I did not understand, and 'blew away' all concerns I had. We went back and forth about amounts borrowed and interest rates. When there was a huge negative change, he was very gentle in explaining the reason. There were therefore no surprises at Closing."

"What I love about Corrie is her availability and her enthusiasm. Her normal working hours were after 5PM PT to 8PM. This allowed my spouse and I focus on work during work hours and focus on home loan ...What I love about Corrie is her availability and her enthusiasm. Her normal working hours were after 5PM PT to 8PM. This allowed my spouse and I focus on work during work hours and focus on home loan after work and meet together with Corrie so we can stay on the same page. She was also willing to work out the numbers at numerous meeting times so we could really understand our future monthly payment and stay within our budget. Her willingness to repeatedly meet with us and not just dangle a mortgage rate deal earned our trust and made us not want to work with other mortgage brokers. She understood that we needed to iterate and build a business relationship with our mortgage banker. Her enthusiasm got us through multiple offers and rejections. I wish I could have her over at my new home and invite her to my baby shower. She is amazing and deserves all the accolades."
