The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond, late night, weekends you name it! Mark the work you did for me and dealing with how eccentric I can be at times. I can’t thank you enough. You did more then what most wood. You don’t sell me a line of BS. You went out of your way time and time again. She was extremely patient to explain every detail of the loan estimates not once, even repeatedly till I was comfortable to understand what I am getting into. After much discussions, I went with another lender, however Rocket came up with a weekend sales program offering better deals, she drove more than 35 miles on a Saturday evening to meet my wife and me, explain the benefits and got us a good rate. Melissa again surprised us with her caring attitude by showing up at the lawyers office at our closing. We are thankful for her support and initiatives and definitely recommend her. Thank you Melissa!"
