She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire loan process. From the initial application to the final closing, Melissa kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we understood every detail. What stood out most was her commitment and persistence, she went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track and that we reached closing smoothly. Even when challenges came up, she handled them with efficiency, patience, and care. Thanks to Melissa’s expertise and dedication, we were able to close on our home confidently and on time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent, and genuinely caring loan broker. She truly made this experience stress-free and successful!"

Adrian is always there for me day and night and works efficiently to ensure all of my questions are answered swiftly and thoroughly. Buying a home the first time has been a tedious process, but I have the best team I’m working with between Adrian and the realtor he recommended. Every pre-approval ive needed was done fast and just in time to tour homes. I know with working with Adrian I have a knowledgeable professional that provides peace of mind through this process. Several times I got stuck and immediately called Laura for assistance. Since she knows her job very well and is very patient she was able to help me every time I needed it. Plus Laura seemed to enjoy my quirky sense of humor and has one herself. In fact, everyone I communicated with at Rocket Mortgage, throuout my mortgage process, were al friendly, patient, knowledgeable and provided assistance every time I needed it. I am totally satisfied with the service and platform Rocket Mortgage provides and I am glad I picked rocket mortgage to handle my mortgage. Sincerely, Robert J. Dodaro"
