I had ...How do I start to state that Timothy and his team are great to work with in purchasing a home. Tim “rocks” he explains everything from start to finish. He walked me through every little detail. I had days where I was so frustrated and he was there to help me recover. I can’t praise his expertise enough. Some days he just called to check on me and to me that spoke volumes to me that he actually cared about me, even though I knew I was not his only client. Rocket Mortgage is soooo lucky to have a person of this caliber working for them. My plan is also to thank him with a personal email for assisting me and being there for it all….beginning to end. I am not sure who will be reading this rating for Timothy McMahon, but I sincerely hope you are paying him what he is worth. He puts the “Rock” in Rocket. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write my experience with Tim. Trust me….if you get Tim as your mortgage representative with Rocket Mortgage, you will truly be in good hands!"

They are devils from the deepest levels of hell. two weeks from closing, I was ready to dump the whole deal due to their over zealousness. Marcia managed to iron thinbgs out and got things moving. Marcia is great. Underwriters- devils. I will never suggest rocket to my friends for that reason. I know too many people who say the same thing about ROCKET. Marcia did alot of work for me. thank you."
