Garrett truly went above and beyond from beginning to end. Buying a home can be stressful, but Garrett made the entire process smooth and kept me informed every step of the way. He was always available to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood exactly what was happening. What really stood out to me was his dedication—even on July 4th, Garrett answered his phone and took the time to help me. That says a lot about his commitment to his clients. Garrett treated my loan like it was a priority, not just another application. His professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge, and work ethic were outstanding. Because of his effort, I felt confident throughout the process and we were able to get everything across the finish line. I would absolutely recommend Garrett Gee at Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you, Garrett, for going the extra mile and helping make becoming a homeowner a great experience!"

During my refinance process I was faced with a couple frustrating situations. When contacted AJ’s response was within minutes and a positive solution was reached within the hour. I have to admit that without the professionalism and the outstanding customer service provided by AJ I would have cancelled the transaction and gone with another company. I hope Rocket Mortgage knows and appreciates the employee they have in AJ. I will most definitely refer him to anyone seeing mortgage financing, and I won’t hesitate to contact him in the future for my own needs."
