Any time we had a question, he got back to us quick and explained it in plain English. Solid guy, hard worker, and he did what he said he would. We’d definitely recommend Reginald to anyone looking to get a mortgage done right."

Disappointing as it appears to be bait & switch on ...Rachel was pleasant & professional to work with at all times. Her downside is that she would make commitments to me that were reversed by others. Disappointing as it appears to be bait & switch on the part of Rocket. She did take a few days off towards the end & someone else covered for her. He changed terms & increased fees approx $13K AT THE LAST MINUTE, for which there was no prior notification. I likely would not do business with your company again."
