We had a configuration and rate we wanted, and through talent, dedication, and an incredible breadth of knowledge, Justin got us there and took amazing care of us. In the end, not only did he meet the levels we wanted, but he also got us a lower rate and other, better terms than we expected, and terms other firms said they couldn’t offer. From there, he managed the rest of the team amazingly well, with each person carrying the ball toward the goalposts. We always had Justin watching over our shoulders, making sure things were going right, answering our questions at all hours, and ensuring we felt confident throughout the process. I don’t know if I’d ever want to get a loan any other way with anyone else again. We got TLC, 24/7 support, and an easy portal to do business through, and a series of experts clearly directed by the chief expert exceptionally well.
