We were working with an accelerated closing on the sale of our previous home due to a family situation, so every day mattered. Steve and his team moved at warp speed to keep everything on track without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Throughout the process, Steve stayed in constant communicationā€”even calling us from his vacation in Europe to let us know he was monitoring everything and that we were in good hands. No matter what came up, he remained calm, confident, and completely in control. What truly set Steve apart happened on closing day. On our way to settlement, we were involved in a minor car accident that threw everything into chaos. One of us had to remain with the vehicle at all times while the other went inside to sign the closing documents. Without hesitation, Steve stepped in. So I went on your website and started a chat with Angelo. I liked what he was saying so I told him to stop the chat and call me. He took the time to listen to my situation and needs, and then explained my options and the one he felt was best for me. He guided me through the process, and was always good about returning my calls if he missed one from me. Without his help I could not have gotten the loan and as fast as I did. Thanks to his help I now have the new roof and gutters I needed, my credit accounts are paid off and I am in a much better position financially. He truly is asset to your company and if I needed to I would do business with Rocket again. Also if anyone asks me the best place to go for a loan I will recommend Rocket and Angelo."
