We had a very tall ask of a unicorn property, and when we found it, Odin made sure there was no obstacle on the lending side and we truly did not have a single worry once we got past the “you’re approved through underwriting” that he gave very early on in the process. Sometimes, you think of large corporations and the worry comes up that you’ll get left behind with so many moving pieces and different people with different roles to answer to… not this time.
