"Rachel was pleasant & professional to work with at all times. Her downside is that she would make commitments to me that were reversed by others. Disappointing as it appears to be bait & switch on ...Rachel was pleasant & professional to work with at all times. Her downside is that she would make commitments to me that were reversed by others. Disappointing as it appears to be bait & switch on the part of Rocket. She did take a few days off towards the end & someone else covered for her. He changed terms & increased fees approx $13K AT THE LAST MINUTE, for which there was no prior notification. I likely would not do business with your company again."
