However, I was lucky to have Tom as my sales agent. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my many calls and questions I had regarding the house, loan, the process, etc. He was there with me from the pre-approval process (3 months ago) till the final day of closing. I could not have gone through this process without Tom's help. I am very grateful for all his support and hard work. I wish all sales people were as amazing as Tom!"

I was led to believe that refinancing would be easy. For the past five years I have been trying to get rid of a balloon on my home, refinance, roll it into one payment. Bank of America was no help, always giving me the run around. A friend put me in touch with Rocket Mortgage, the tried their hardest but unfortunately the appraisal cam in under what we needed. About a year late que Chris! HE CALLED ME! He told me he thought he could help me. In less than three weeks I have a refinance! I can't tell you how invested he was. He was almost as emotional as I was when he delivered the news that he was able to help me. I lost it and balled like a teenage girl on the phone. He even called me to congratulate me when the process was all done. Just a really good guy with his heart in the right place!!! Thanks Chris."
