Whenever problems arose, he was attentive and very responsive. Over time (because there were delays in construction, it took some time for us to close), we came to trust Ralph's advice and his sincerity. He never led us wrong and always provided us with a clear roadmap as to next steps. He's an amazing individual and we are very fortunate that we lucked out and got to work with him. He called me back @ 6:30 PM for a couple of items I was missing, and seeing that I stepped out and wouldn't be home till @ 7PM, he stayed after hours to help me out. I would like to thank him, and your company, for helping me do what I thought was impossible with my situation."

Max has made it a point to remain in communication often. Also having positive attitude goes a long way. There was never a time that Max indicated that something could not be accomplished. Max did not hesitate when it became necessary for us to up our approval from $330K to $400K allowing us to expand our search for our new home!
