"well i have tried four or five time over the last 2 years to refi to no succes because all the apprasers the banks use i feel are crooks. Max has made it a point to remain in communication often. Also having positive attitude goes a long way. There was never a time that Max indicated that something could not be accomplished. Max did not hesitate when it became necessary for us to up our approval from $330K to $400K allowing us to expand our search for our new home!
