Keith took the time needed and worked very late multiple nights to accommodate our needs after our work day was done. even after our loan progressed past him and onto the next phase Keith was available anytime and went above and beyond to be sure we were getting serviced as needed. i am not used to people going above and beyond these days very often and Keith continued to do it through out the entire loan right up to the closing day and even after we closed. Keith is honest and a true professional. Keith never pretends to have every answer but he always found the answers needed promptly. Starting your mortgage with the right person like Keith makes the entire experience a very positive one instead of being full of uncertainty."
