Perhaps RM will consider giving him a raise and/or a promotion! :) This is our third house that we've bought now and Josh has been the best lender we've ever worked with. We originally were going with a different lender, but Josh was able to save us more money so we switched at the last minute and because we'd rather work with someone more attentive and personable. The process was beyond smooth, fast and efficient. He's also one of the nicest, friendliest and most knowledgeable agent we've ever worked with. Thank for making this home buying experience beyond memorable. If you're buying a home, hope you get Josh! It will make all the difference in your home buying experience."

"Paula help me I told her what I was going through she listened she said she could help me I told her about my family members who are rocket people they got their homes to rocket and my sister says ...Paula help me I told her what I was going through she listened she said she could help me I told her about my family members who are rocket people they got their homes to rocket and my sister says give them a chance they will help you and I didn’t think it was going to happen I pray cried and cried and cried but Miss Paula has such a sweet voice and she said oh I can help you just have to do this this than that and so I did what she said to you I knew I didn’t have the monies at the time when I signed up for this I’m retired and I took on a job just to help myself with some little other bills and see if anybody need help I tell you ask for Mrs.Paula Z. her and her company helped me I can’t speak enough of her they give her five stars off I can give her all the stars in the moon I would that’s how much I felt she helped me to get me through what I’ve been struggling with for a long time My sister Cinnie praises you my brother Jay praises you said rocket mortgage is the best place to go I don’t know who they had as their representative but Mrs.Paula z."

Alex was able to pull it off by overcoming issues and getting past problems. He knows his stuff. He's quite good at what he does. Like I said already , I didn't think we'd get anywhere with securing a mortgage loan . Alex was able to do this for us. I'm very impressed with this man's work ."
