I went through a bunch of lenders who made me feel very comfortable and something told me no way I’m going back to G because he actually cares. G would call just to see how everything was going and if he could help in any way. Yea it was not normal to me because it wasn’t somebody in person I was working with but he did the best job out of anyone and he wasn’t even here! G got me into a loan that I wanted and was comfortable in, everyone else that I tried working with tried pushing me into loans I didn’t want period. Thanks G you were awesome!"

The manner in which he facilitates his deals is without question a very positive experience, and I must submit took me by some surprise. I/we were very happy with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Very Happy! I took a flyer with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket as I was not convinced it was a safe, reliable path for such home mortgage transaction. From the moment I shared my disbelief and concerns Michael began to put my issues to bed and at ease, and delivered a excellent experience. Michaels demeaner is equally satisfying as his follow through and follow up. I would recommend Michael to anyone to obtain a home mortgage to receive First Class attention, technical guidance, financial understanding and trust in this large infrequent personal business transaction. Anyone, that has access to Michael, and can advantage his attention into a mortgage transaction should JUMP AT THE CHANCE. I cannot "blow" enough Sunshine towards this guy for his business acumen and personal 'touch' in conducting business. He is way beyond his years in technical aptitude, business acumen, and personal / relational engagement. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE MICHAEL FOR HOME MORTGAGE!!!"

"This is the fourth time I have worked with Matthew as a mortgage lender, and I have nothing but praise for all aspects of the home process. He helped us buy a home, then refinance the home a few years...This is the fourth time I have worked with Matthew as a mortgage lender, and I have nothing but praise for all aspects of the home process. He helped us buy a home, then refinance the home a few years later, then sell the home, buy a different home in another state, and then sell that home. Finally, we just completed our last move, financed by the guiding genius of Matthew, such that he not only helped finance the home we closed on last week, but he also did so in a thoughtful fashion which will save us thousands of dollars, not just on the purchase. I think it has been 10 years that I have worked with him, and I have no hesitation about giving him my top praises. Many bankers and lenders seem to be of the opinion that they are "doing us a favor" but Matthew always turned it around and did favors for us. Maybe, if the markets are favorable, he can help refinance this home at lower rates in a few years. But this is our LAST home, so I am sorry (sort of) to report that I doubt he will help us sell or buy any additional homes. My financial gratitude to Matthew extends beyond any expected apogee, and I don't see how he could work any harder or more effectively or FRIENDLY. Our thanks to him for his work, well above and beyond the "call of duty." Thank you, Matthew!!!"

I have bought and sold many homes and this by far was the best and easiest one yet! I didn't have to leave my home once! Everything was dine on my computer, even the closing! I connected with Henry immediately and he is the reason why I went forward with Rocket Mortgage. Henry was very professional, but at the same time very personable and easy to work with. Jed had a way of giving me a good feeling whenever we would have a call together. And although we ended up going with a different lender, the reason was NOT because of Jed. Instead, we ended up going with the same bank that we've had a relationship with since 2005. This loan will be the 3rd loan from them. In case you're wondering, the lender is Bancorp South. Anyway, I would strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to any of my friends! The company seems very solid in its interface and how they keep the customer informed."

I decided to try Rocket Mortgage as my banker just because of their fantastic advertisement which states they are " engineered to amaze".... I was entirely blown away by the process! Every single team member who worked with me was knowledgeable, treated me like family, made the entire process exceptionally easy, stress-free and they all made me feel that I was the most important person and that my loan was first and foremost on their agenda!!! Each person went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the loan were covered and that there would be no problems or issues on the day of closing!
