I had to learn the terms, lingo, and all the inner details from the start. Gary walked me through every step of the way. He gave me the information I needed very clearly and explained everything in the best of layman's terms that he could. I couldn't have asked for better help. If you're looking for a quick close and have all the bases covered, Gary and his team are unmatched. As soon as I gave them the address for the home we were interested in, they took the name Rocket to the next level with impressively fast service to get the appraisal, survey and forms launched to completion. I'll be telling everyone I know that are looking to buy a home *first timers especially* that these are the folks to call. I seriously can't say Thank You enough!"

I learned how the process work ...Michael made it easy for us to choose Rocket Mortgage. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and never sounded annoyed by my Questions like other mortgage companies. I learned how the process work to refinance along the way. He texted and emailed quickly in response to my questions. He picked up the phone when email or text wasn’t going to be an easy method to understand the answers. Other companies just continued to email me back and forth even after multiple clarification requests were made. I was easily able to call him too. Overall, I would highly recommend him to help anyone with their mortgages. The other added plus for us was the continuing monitoring of the interest rates and the future refinancing being included when they go down in the future. No pre-penalty for paying off early, good website where I have been able to see all my docs and electronic signing. Customer service has been the best. If you plan to refinance, Michael at Rocket Mortgage is the way to go. Thank you Michael!"

I was very apprehensive and he took time out to explain and walk me through the process. He was always available to answer any questions without hesitation and more importantly always polite. He never seem aggregated by my phone calls, text or emails. I would recommend him to anyone. I didn't realize that there were still humans such as Javier that are still in existence."
