He was very knowledgeable on what we talked about. He might of had to repeat himself more than once with me but was very patient and under standing. He was terrific. He helped me through all of the paperwork (of which there was surprisingly little compared to the previous mortgages that I have been involved with). He was always there when I called. He was always able to either answer or get an answer to all of the questions that I had and was just a pleasure to work with. Even when I went to the next level of the process, I knew that if I had a question I could call him. I would recommend Lonny to anyone looking for a mortgage. "

Questions answered quickly and with great explanation. She made the process incredibly easy in comparison to other bankers we've worked with over the years. In fact even when Amrit's part was completed and we were to work with other people to finalize details I had reached out to Amrit with question about something and got an immediate response from her giving me understanding of terms and great comfort to proceed with what I was doing. Amazing customer service whether it was through email, phone call, or text. Amrit did it all and we tremendously appreciated her assistance with everything. If you get to choose your mortgage banker I encourage you to ask for Amrit Gill."

He always responded quickly, calmly, and kindly, no matter what time or how many questions I had. He walked me through every step, explained things in a way that made sense, and honestly made the entire home-buying process so much less stressful. The process from application to closing (5 minutes ago) was easy to follow and Dallas continued to be POC and provide follow-up as needed. His greatest value to me was his efforts to provide loan alternatives and to discuss the pros/cons based on my situation. He provided high value to my decision process and would recommend him to friends and family."

He is experienced and extremely knowledgeable. He created a way for me to consolidate two loans into one and realize huge monthly savings. His communication skills are extraordinary. He listens really well and communicates in simple, understandable terms. He proactively shared what the entire process would be and what each next step would be. The process went exactly as he described. Jake's customer service and attention to detail are at the highest level. Rocket Mortgage's client services team is also fantastic, and I believe made better by Jake's leadership. Perhaps most importantly, Jake is a nice person and an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first conversation to our last, I can tell that he is genuinely interested in me as a person, and helping me to get the best possible solution to meet my needs. I have owned six homes in my life and have closed on more that 10 mortgages and refinancing. Most, if not all were a nightmare. Thanks to Jake and his team, this one was an absolute pleasure."

"Nick was a great connection with Rocket Mortgage and the refinancing of our home! I will say that Nick, himself, was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns....Nick was a great connection with Rocket Mortgage and the refinancing of our home! I will say that Nick, himself, was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There were several concerns, however. When we approached this loan, with a home that was free and clear of any debt, we stated the urgency in which the process needed to be concluded. We were purchasing a home through the local sherrif's tax forclosure auction and the terms were 30 days. It was assured to be completed on time. Fast forward 60+ days and the loan was finally going to close after being asked by several people in the company, through tasks on the mobile application or through telephone calls to us, to re-submit supporting documents or to provide clarification on items listed in the inspection that were not only complete, but not necessary due to the inspector's inept abilities to clarify on his report. The overall process not only took longer than the assured time, but we were out the $3200 deposit we put down on the property and the home was demolished by the city and we lost the more than $4,000 we had done in repairs to the property. Again, Nick is wonderful and worked very close with us in the process and also showed frustration on the process."

"When I first contacted Darrell I wasn't ready to go forward, waiting for the rates to come down. When I called him back 2-3 months later he remembered me and our conversation., Then I told him I was ...When I first contacted Darrell I wasn't ready to go forward, waiting for the rates to come down. When I called him back 2-3 months later he remembered me and our conversation., Then I told him I was leaving the country for a month and really wanted to close before leaving, less than 30 days away. We locked the rate, started the process and he had us signing loan docs 2 days before leaving. Stayed right on top of everything from the beginning to the end. Top notch service and always on the ball, never missed a beat. I also have to say that 1 or 2 times he told me he would "get back to me later today" because he had to attend his child's sporting event. As a parent of grown children that have already flown the coop I had to appreciate his commitment to family. And by the way, he did get back to later that day! I will definitely recommend him and Rocket to family and friends. I'll close by saying I've worked in real estate for 35 years and not very often did I find people on his end of the transaction that handle business so well."
