As I was dissatisfied with them, I called Rocket Mortgage, who held the mortgage on my ...When I decided to sell my house, I was working with another lender to close on another property in two weeks. As I was dissatisfied with them, I called Rocket Mortgage, who held the mortgage on my former property and spoke with Bill Eldirani. I explained my concerns with him, and he assured me that we can close in two weeks and developed a portal on their website that showed me what I needed to submit. Throughout the whole process, Bill was available to answer any questions I had and to push the application forward. I was so relieved that Bill was a man of his words and we closed on my new property within the two weeks. He was able to get me some additional credits I did not know I was eligible for! Lesson learned: I should have called Rocket Mortgage at the beginning of the process!"
