I had lots of questions even after writing down information and I would call or send an email and would get an immediate response which hadn't happened with a previous mortgage company. Heidi walked me through every stage of the mortgage, got me the information, told me where the paperwork was, emailed me a copy when I couldn't find the right form and made this loan easy. One smart loan officer. I recommend she gets a raise. Thank you for all your help."

When a last-minute document request popped up, she handled it immediately and kept everything on track. She also ran side-by-side comparisons so I could see the trade-offs between term length and monthly payment, which made the decision easy. He gave me the information I needed very clearly and explained everything in the best of layman's terms that he could. I couldn't have asked for better help. If you're looking for a quick close and have all the bases covered, Gary and his team are unmatched. As soon as I gave them the address for the home we were interested in, they took the name Rocket to the next level with impressively fast service to get the appraisal, survey and forms launched to completion.
