Through fate, we ended up connecting (literally) and 'connecting' (figuratively) with Tiffany. She is 'hands down' the best - defined by demeanor, competency and dedication. I was surprised to see communications from her throughout, including evening messages via text or email. Obviously, rocket policy and processes are well-defined, but it still takes people like Tiffaney to make it real. We are thankful - Holly and I!"

Every time I spoke with him, he was always upbeat and trying to figure out a way to make things work, even if it looked like they might not. We had some hiccups during my loan process and he took everything in stride and just told me don’t worry, we’ll figure it out. When I first started the process of this loan, he told me that I was a main priority for him because he always puts his customers first and I completely believe that statement because not only did he give me his personal cell number to call if I had questions or concerns, but he responded to every one of my calls or texts in record time. He didn’t leave me hanging wondering if he got my message. He would respond back if he couldn’t talk right away and tell me I got your message and I will call you back as soon as I am done with my meeting or my call or whatever he was doing at the time. I have been in the customer service business for many, many years and I have to say that the way that Matt handled everything for us was top-notch and five star worthy!! I will definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to friends and family after the excellent service we got with them. HE listened, which the others we have dealt with did not. His answer to everything was in keeping with our goals not his. I hate dealing with people that really only want to sell you and literally tune out everything you say. Anyway, if you deal with any other company versus Rocket Mortgage, you just might be missing out. Rocket Mortgage was great, but Lytle made them "Perfect"."
