He was responsive to my needs, particularly my lack of knowledge about cell-phone capabilities and how to use them. He remained patient throughout my learning experience. He guided me through the entire mortgage application process as well. Despite my being a slow learner at cell-phone usage, he kept encouraging me with positive remarks and never made me feel inadequate or slow. I really appreciated his good humour and patience. And, after the application was complete and after closing, he was available for guidance when I had a question. Vance is truly an asset for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage and their clients. We were able to complete everything that day and she sent it to be processed. We talked to another company before and he seemed unsure of how long it would take and there was so much more to do. Natisha was very knowledgeable and you could tell she really is a people person. She was patient and knew the answers to all our questions and helped us with all the new technology. Although she was no longer in the role that could assist with my mortgage needs, she immediately connected me with Tina Tuzzolino, and I’m so grateful she did. Tina was absolutely incredible. She walked me through the entire mortgage process from start to finish and never once made me feel alone in it. I called her a few times in a panic, and every single time she calmed me down, laid out the facts, and gave me clear options. She listens, she cares, and she shows up — she always answers the phone, and if she can’t, she sends a quick text letting me know when she’ll call back. I could genuinely tell she cared about making sure I made it to closing. I had a challenging situation for two big reasons. #1 I had recently gone through a ...About Patrick, I feel he was the singular best thing that happened to me during the purchase of my new Property. I had a challenging situation for two big reasons. #1 I had recently gone through a devistating divorce which left my one time credit score of 785 below 700. Patrick worked hard and offered several solutions to not only get approved, but to also avoid paying any PMI. #2 I was buying my new property 'Contingent' on the sale of my existing property. As you can imagine, there were many challenges and deadlines that were very stressful. All of which had to be dealt with promptly and professionally to keep my Contingent Purchase from falling apart. Patrick was more than up to the challenge while keeping me abreast of everything. I was made aware of everything in real time. It so awesome! I have rarely in my life been treated so well. Patrick truly did go above and beyond as he worked my loan, and even got involved with the Closing of my existing property so as to expedite the Closing of my new Dream-come-True property. It was a real pleasure to watch it all come together, as Patrick did not falter on a single item during the complicated process. I not only appreciate Patrick's help in my loan process, i appreciate his excellent people skills. It is no small wonder we've become good friends.Also, he'll be forever welcome at my new place which he played a big role in making happen. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone seeking a loan, or even just advice. He's not just a great Professional, he's a fine young Man that you too will be blessed to have any dealings with. I learned how the process work ...Michael made it easy for us to choose Rocket Mortgage. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and never sounded annoyed by my Questions like other mortgage companies. I learned how the process work to refinance along the way. He texted and emailed quickly in response to my questions. He picked up the phone when email or text wasn’t going to be an easy method to understand the answers. Other companies just continued to email me back and forth even after multiple clarification requests were made. I was easily able to call him too. Overall, I would highly recommend him to help anyone with their mortgages. The other added plus for us was the continuing monitoring of the interest rates and the future refinancing being included when they go down in the future. No pre-penalty for paying off early, good website where I have been able to see all my docs and electronic signing. Customer service has been the best. If you plan to refinance, Michael at Rocket Mortgage is the way to go. Thank you Michael!"
