My one issue was I wish it was thoroughly ...I was extremely nervous about this process, but Rannie made me feel very comfortable. He was quick to respond when I had concerns and very knowledgeable. My one issue was I wish it was thoroughly explained that I would have to mail payoffs to creditors. At my closing, I had some that were due early in the month and felt if I didn't pay I would incur late fees and credit may be affected. I also was not advised to keep current statements which had to be mailed with the checks. Most I've set up online payments which was a hassle to have to go online obtain a current statement and print. I just didn't know that was involved. Still otherwise, there were no surprises; everything went very smooth and I'm please."

In such a delicate process, communication makes all the difference. There wasn’t a time that we all didn’t know exactly what was going on and what step of the process was coming next. Odin made sure that not only everyone on his team but all clients and agents were kept completely in the loop. We had a very tall ask of a unicorn property, and when we found it, Odin made sure there was no obstacle on the lending side and we truly did not have a single worry once we got past the “you’re approved through underwriting” that he gave very early on in the process. Sometimes, you think of large corporations and the worry comes up that you’ll get left behind with so many moving pieces and different people with different roles to answer to… not this time. We knew exactly who to call and that personality made it feel like we were a priority, not a number. We can’t recommend Odin enough!"

Staff members were all ...We started to seriously consider a refinance of our current mortgage on April 30. Virtually the entire transaction was done online or by phone. Document uploads were easy. Staff members were all knowledgeable and responsive either when e-mailing back or returning phone calls. There were three primary members involved: Tom was the mortgage banker who handled the initial application and he stayed in touch with us throughout the process. After the loan was underway, he handed off the paperwork collection to a processing specialist. Finally, a closing agent capped off the details at the end. When it came time for closing, we were on vacation and a notary was arranged to come to our condo that was 300 miles from home. Done deal on May 25. Old mortgage paid off before the June payment was due. New mortgage saves almost $200/month over the prior loan. Plus, they provided a credit of $3K toward closing costs while the loan shaved more than 1.25 points off our APR. We shopped around and told Tom what he needed to do to get our business. He delivered. "

Their ...I definitely see why Rocket Mortgage wins awards hands down every year for their service. This has been the quickest and most enjoyable loan application/refi experience that I have ever had. Their digital portal allows you to upload all your docs quickly and it shows you progress on the process. Then their is Kyle (from Detroit) who made the process easy to understand and was great with his follow up. My own bank (Chase) could not even come close to the rate I received or the service level (and I have my current home mortgage with them). Why go with anybody other than Rocket Mortgage.....the process is as fast as a “rocket”"
