He was right there with me to lead me and confirm my decisions. He made me feel very welcomed into the so called family. After the closing I still had a question and he was right there immediately."

But above all I had a VERY TIGHT timeliness and needed to close in right around 30 days, He first told me, "this is going to be so easy, just wait and you'll see".. he was spot on, it couldn't have been any easier. He was spot on, it couldn't have gone any easier and smoother. He did get me a much lower rate than other as well as closing it in the timeframe I asked for! What a blessing! During the process Leo went above and beyond to answer all questions and ensuring I was comfortable with all info. He even called me after hours I believe because I expressed i wasnt understanding something! Grade A representative of Rocket Mortgage!!!! The only hiccup we had was Hurricane Helene which was out of everyone's control. Yet rocket did get everything sorted out in the aftermath very quickly! Luckily no damage to house in storm but trees did fall very close. FEMA mandated all closing be pushed until after storm since house was in a declared disaster area. The thing that set us back the 4 day was my attorneys biz was without power and internet and well as their bank. We closed 10/3 instead of 9/30 but it all worked out! Whatever bad experience you hear of from rocket is either older or related to likely some odd circumstance. My attorney praised rocket also and stated he really loved to see RM lending because they close so effortlessly!!! Again Leo is the man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot thank this man enough!!!"

From start to closing, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mike Assi and he made our refinance process pleasant and made us feel extremely secure. Mike Assi was most helpful and he made us feel like a valued customer. He made our refinance experience very simple and the whole process was done online and over the phone. Mike was professional, courteous, and sensitive to our financial concerns. Answers to our questions were clear and concise and conducted in a most professional manner. My HELOC was climbing with the prime rates, OMG. I was just paying interest & the principal was never going down with those rates. Paul took the patience to calm me down. I was driving in "Beach" traffic & told him you have a captive audience while I am in my car- DAZZLE ME & he did. thank you"

She was the person that I worked with on the second try to get a refinance on my home. On the first try, the fellow that I was working refused to return my calls after I refused to paint my house since it was just painted 2 years ago! The deal fell through, to say the least. That's when Julia enters and saves me from leaving rocket mortgage with a very bad opinion. Julia obtained a FHA mortgage with the exact same information. The only downside to the entire deal was that my credit was checked within 2 weeks since the first deal and a second appraisal. Thanks to Julia and her knowledge and experience, I am very happy!"

She catches things others would miss, right down to a pause in a conversation that signals I'm a little lost! Never not once did I feel like I was holding her up, she never rushed or pressured me in anything. At the same time, there was never a moments hesitation in either answering a question or stating she would find out about an answer and let me know. She genuinely cares about her customers, she listens! She goes above and beyond to see that everything is handled correctly. The best part is that she does all of that with joy and energy and a 'let's get it done' attitude that could motivate anyone!
