At the time we were told the Rocket would monitor to see if there was a better rate for us. Kyle reached out to us in mid-September with a refi which brought our loan percentage down nearly 1%. Kyle was always available to answer our questions via text of email. In fact I once joked with him if he ever was not working. Kyle made the process easy, and fast. We closed our refi 3 1/2 weeks after first contact. Thanks Kyle!"
