Answered all my questions even before the process was started. He explained things to me to make sure I understood what was going on. Even when an issue came up (NOTHING to do with Chris) he walked me through how to get it handled correctly. Chris went above and beyond to help me. He was available by text and phone call. Even if he was busy he would text me right back to let me know he would call me later that day. I appreciate everything he did. Chris made this whole process very easy."

Things were not as easy with the closing team, asking repeatedly for the same documents, Communicating from you email addresses on a regular basis, making the closing difficult and producing the documents at the very last moment Overall, may experience was positive and I would recommend rocket mortgage."
