This man's dedication to getting us a pre-approval, then approved, and into a house seriously changed the course of my family's life. I will recommend Mark and Rocket Mortgage with unwavering loyalty and fervor to everyone I come across who is looking to buy a house. I now consider Mark an extended part of my family! That's how hard he worked to make sure this deal happened for us."

From the start, he connected with us on a personal level and built a caring rapport. Although other Rocket Mortgage team members were involved in the loan origination and closing steps, Jimmie stayed engaged throughout. We truly appreciate his service in helping us purchase our HGTV dream home and make our Hallmark love story a reality."

I had endless questions and he had most answers on hand and if not he responded quickly. Not only that but he was quick to refer me to the on staff credit team who was also very helpful in resolving some disputes I had on my report. All in all a great experience thanks to all parties involved with Chris spearheading the opperation."

Because of the economy I had been running out of food at the end of each month and really needed something but now because of silda I'm now going to have near $500 extra before I was broke after paying bills at the end of every month thank you for saving me Silda I think she deserves a huge raise!"

From start to finish, he was very professional and showed that he cares a lot about his clients. Some of the standout qualities of David is his deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, his patience and the time he took to explain various loan options to the clients and answer all their questions. I am truly fortunate to have you as part of my network, I hope to continue justifying the trust you've placed in me. Your support has not gone unnoticed. Wishing you continued success, and I hope our paths cross soon."
