He made the class enjoyable and fun, and always kept us positive and preaching best practices. He made learning fun, I can’t believe how much I refined and understood, but when u have a trainer that preaches positivity and energy as well as to never stay complacent. Because of him we were more than just the class. He encouraged us to push one another and made for a family environment within the classroom. Today when I took my safe exam, he knew that I would be nervous, I appreciated it very much that he called me right before to give me advice to call me down. He made me believe in myself, I believe that the hard work that he recommended us to do Would payoff. I passed with a high score, that even shocked me. It was all because Hassan believed in me when I didn’t. I learned more than just safe material and the Rocket Mortgage culture. I realized because of the teasing class that I am a winner when I put my self I a position to win. I am so thankful for the advise and encouragement. I have had many trainers and teachers. None have been more talented and caring as him. I looked forward to coming to work and training every day. I wouldn’t have passed safe with out Hassan. Thank you so much Hass!"

To make what could be an extremely long story as short as possible, I was more than pleased with my experience. I was terrified of the whole purchase process being a first time home buyer, now owner. I called Lucas up and he answered the phone (I was impressed). He let me know that he had some business to handle for someone else but assured me that he would call me back in about 30 minutes, which he did. The preapproval process took all of 15 minutes and we were off and running from there. He put me in touch with one of the most patient and knowledgeable realtors, Mandy Pajerski, who allowed me to ask all of the questions that I could come up with and see all of the houses that I wanted to see. Even when we hit a bit of a snag, Lucas reassured me that we would get things done…we did it!! Lucas was honest and upfront with me about everything concerning what he was doing and what I should expect. He kept me abreast of what was going on throughout each step of the process which I appreciated more than anything seeing as how it was my first major purchase. Even now, he still makes himself available to me for any questions or concerns that I may have. I would recommend Lucas to anyone that I know who is looking to become a homeowner or to refinance their current mortgage because I know that they would be in good hands."

"I had a lender set up for purchasing a house before I applied through RM. We were 10 days past the scheduled close date with no close date in sight. I felt that I had to seek an alternative and I ...I had a lender set up for purchasing a house before I applied through RM. We were 10 days past the scheduled close date with no close date in sight. I felt that I had to seek an alternative and I contacted RM. Iman contacted me within 5 minutes of my application submission. I informed her of the situation with my lenders delays and lack of communication. I noted that I was seeking alternative lending but that the original lender could inform me that we were clear to close at any time. I informed her that I didn't want to waste her time if this were going to be the case and that if we were to proceed I wouldn't want to be stuck in underwriting for weeks all the same. She said that if we moved forward to the next step she was going to try her best to make sure that we were conditionally approved within 3 days of this conversation. We agreed to move forward. Iman began to work, and worked FAST! I gave her all of my information over the next 2 days. Sure enough we were conditionally approved in the 3rd working day! This gave me confidence that we would have no problem meeting RM tentative closing date. 4 days after Iman's and my first conversation, my original lender gave me the clear to close. However, Iman had already sold me on RM and I de-committed with my original lender. Throughout the rest of the process, she continued to be highly responsive to my questions and responded very quickly. This type of customer service is second to none! This experience with Iman and RM is the benchmark of how lending companies should both communicate with their clients and guide the process from start to finish. I highly recommend Iman and her RM team! Great Job! Thanks Iman!"

"First of all, I've financed several times through Rocket Mortgage ( & Rocket Mortgage), I began with them a few years ago when I wanted to re-fi for a lower intrest rate, and my younger brother told ...First of all, I've financed several times through Rocket Mortgage ( & Rocket Mortgage), I began with them a few years ago when I wanted to re-fi for a lower intrest rate, and my younger brother told me that he had re-fi'd all three of his houses - his home and two rentals - in Spokane and they had closed all three within a month. I was impressed. I'm just wrapping up a re-fi that's going to wrap up my credit cards after I looked at what i was paying in interest! I feel lucky to get Darr Grodi as an agent for this re-fi. He's been available at most hours and if not, he's gotten right back to me. He's looked into every suggestion I've made and explained why some wouldn't work and why some would be great! He's even laughed at my jokes, but then, everyone does. Darr has given my his phone number and his email and responded quickly whether I phone, text, or email. I'm old(ish) and worrisome, but Darr has been there through the whole process. I'm very excited about closing on the refinance and very appreciative of Darr's help and patience."

But, we would get a callback with an answer to our questions in just a few minutes. The first time we worked with Rocket Mortgage, they made the process simple, but I cannot remember who we worked with. it was more about the process that made our experience good. However, Clay stands out as an amazing representative of Rocket Mortgage and I can recommend Clay in a heartbeat."

Answered all our questions, we normally sent a significant amount of time researching our options, but she did such a great job that we signed up. It took us a bit over an hour, we went through the entire refinance process online. what an impressive efficient way of doing a complicated task. Fast forward to closing day, Natalie kept us informed and pushed things through when they were delayed, when errors happened she jumped quickly to address them. I would strongly recommend her, and the company. I now have plans to call her next month to refinance my parent's home."

For many of us that have re-financed the draw was saving money on the monthly payment by lowering our interest rate. What we received was not only this but so much more. I have never purchased anything of such personal expense as buying a home, and prior to switching to Rocket Mortgage I would spend the next 30 years paying a company I had no relationship with and no connection to my family, the questions we will have over the years, who do I call?, and no personal commitment to me who is sending $1000+ every month for the lifetime of my mortgage. I honestly believe with all my heart that Chris Nellis and Rocket Mortgage cares about me and my family personally and it made a difference for him and his family to have me as a client of his. The place I bought my wife's engagement ring - deep connection. The pediatrician who cares for my children through good times and bad - deep connection. Our favorite restaurant where we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries - deep connection. Chris Nellis and our Rocket Mortgage mortgage company - deep connection. Chris provided us with tremendous patience, never pushed, but encouraged and guided and said something I will never forget and always appreciate - "If this is not best for your family and the savings don't make sense then I will plead with you to not make the change at this time". Who in any business of buy and sell services shows that level of integrity and personal care to say "walk away" if it is not right for you. It was right for us and we are so thankful we did. To emphasize the heart of Chris Nellis his family even attended my wife's surprise baby shower. He found out we have no family here in Ohio and he and his family wanted to honor and bless my wife with showing up for the party. I can honestly say I will be connected with Chris through our relationship with Rocket Mortgage and personally as well. I would encourage everyone who reads this review to consider the relationships you have with companies and individuals that are of great personal expense to you and how much more satisfying it would be if you had Chris Nellis and Rocket Mortgage to be a guide and a solution for the best possible mortgage deal for you and your family. Up to this eye-opening experience, we were going through the motions with traditional banks and credit unions, hitting one wall after another, begging for a rather small refi loan. You'd think we were asking for a million dollars. Frustrating!!! But after speaking with Lawrence, we were quickly put to ease. His likeable demeanor and wit made us not only laugh but comfortable with the whole loan seeking experience. He is smart, sharp, personable and a great asset to the Rocket Mortgage team. As the first contact, I wouldn't have expected such an open discussion, we became fast friends within minutes. This my friends is what I call talent!!! He is good at what he does. Lawrence not only assured us that all will be okay, he looked at our situation and pretty much promised we would be approved and will probably close in record time... Well guess what? He was right, within a month all was compiled and completed and we're closing this Friday. I can kick myself for not choosing Rocket Mortgage from the beginning...I guess its a learning experience... I can say that when I spoke with Courtney Kossel for ...When you're in that "searching the world for a mortgage" mode, it can be difficult to differentiate between the large number of responding firms. I can say that when I spoke with Courtney Kossel for the first time, I felt confident that I was going to go with Rocket Mortgage as long as the numbers came out right for me, and they did. Courtney has a great combination of friendliness, professionalism and directness. Typically, when you start asking questions of the average mortgage banker, you get a lot of meaningless responses that net out to "commit to a mortgage with us, and THEN we'll tell you the terms". I never felt that way with Courtney. I knew from the first call what a solid estimate of my refinance was (she ended up being within TWO DOLLARS a month of the actual closing numbers). I never felt like she was holding something back until I had money in the game. She always made sure I had the answers I needed, all the way through the process. She regularly checked on me to make sure I wasn't hitting any snags on my end, and that I was comfortable with how things were going. I'd highly recommend Rocket Mortgage in general, and Courtney in particular, for your mortgage loan needs."

We also were stuck dealing with numerous people who had no idea about our file or who we were which led us to discontinuing business with them . Richard on the other hand seemlessly helped us accomplish our goals and always took care of us in a professional and caring way. We are thankful to have met and dealt with Richard and we will continue to use Rocket Mortgage going forward. I never write reviews because so often you only get the basics in business these days but I have been blown away by Richard and the Rocket Mortgage process. Richard had answers for all of our questions as well as suggestions for us on how to progress forward since we are small business owners and dont report income the same was as a typical employee.
