Yo había hecho numerosos intentos anteriormente y me ofrecían préstamos hipotecarios pesimos que no me resolvía nada. Mario contacto conmigo, me escucho y después de unas preguntas me prometio que está navidad yo tendría paz. Me dijo cuan duro trabajaría de manera que resolviera todas mis deudas de la mejor manera. No podía creer en la forma que lo haría y los buenos términos. Mario me prometio trabajar para un nuevo préstamo hipotecario donde saldaría todas mis deudas. No lo podía creer! Y Así fue 15 días más tarde yo estaba aprobada con EXCELENTES términos consolidando TODAS las deudas que me atormentaba . I have honestly never had such a transaction run so smoothly, especially after being turned down by own banking institution of MANY years. Christine created a new beginning for me, a sense of empowerment, and means of security that I felt I had lost through some unfortunate circumstances. I can't possibly express how comfortable I felt with this whole endeavor because of her professional and personal ethic. I would HIGHLY recommend her (as I already have) to anyone that is looking to achieve a financial goal. I would not hesitate to use Christine again as I feel she is a trusted agent as well as the colleagues she passed me toward while following through with my loan. I had almost finalized ...I was in a typical first-time home buyer’s shoes, getting recommendations of lender contacts from family and friends, and trying to finalize on a lender as soon as possible. I had almost finalized with another lender (a big bank) before I talked to Kent. Though a little late in the process, but still he came highly recommended from my Schwab advisor. In the first conversation, Kent came across as genuine and eager to work with me to get the best deal. In the background, when I mentioned about Rocket to my realtor, he was a little apprehensive because of their past experiences with Rocket Mortgage and recommending me to stick with my other lender. However, based on my follow-up conversations with Kent and the speed with which he moved to get the application through the process, it was impressive. The quote was clean and much better than my other lender, bringing my monthly costs down significantly. After that point, it was a no-brainer to stick with Kent and Rocket. After my realtor and Kent talked, even my realtor agreed to go ahead. When all was done, my realtor thanked me that now they also have a good representative at Rocket Mortgage with Kent, and they were looking forward to working with Kent in future transactions. Overall, my experience working with Kent was very good and I would recommend him for home mortgage needs."

Anytime you are dealing with money or equity of your home it is a very personal situation causing reserve personally when communicating with an external non family member. Discussing finances, personal relationships, or banking information is a very private conversation that can be difficult to open up about. Throughout the entire process from initial call to closing, I believe a total of 2 weeks, Ryan was extremely honest open and relational towards our circumstances and made the entire family feel comfortable along every step, like he was a part of the household and in our corner, making it so much easier to be open and honest with him. There was never a “you figure it out and get back to”, but rather “give me their number and I’ll handle it. This is not a revolving customer/business relationship but we all felt like we were just talking to an old friend. I could go on and on, so I’ll just leave it here with Thank You so much for all your effort and persistence Ryan and if you, reading this, are in the market for purchasing, refinancing, investing, etc. on your home, you would be a fool not to have Ryan in your corner. -Jeff M"

We needed to mitigate the financial hardship caused by her loss of employment during this pandemic. We hoped to refinance our home for a lower payment. I contacted several lenders who typically offer preference to veterans. We could not qualify with any of those lenders due to the loss of my wife's income. Fortunately for us, I just happened to reach Alan Isham when I called Rocket Mortgage to see if we could refinance with them. Alan assured me that in spite of our financial standing, he would do everything possible to get us qualified. Alan went right to work getting our application started, while helping me to gather critical information. He maintained constant communication and routinely kept me updated on the status. He took numerous calls from me at his home to answer questions and offer guidance. He treated us as if we were his only clients. Alan managed not only to get us qualified but he got us an incredibly low interest rate that significantly reduced our mortgage payment. This was a tremendous blessing that provided immediate financial relief. Alan Isham is not just a consummate professional. I just wanted basic information without having to speak with a customer rep. But, in the end, I am more than satisfied that it led to Gerald and his no pressure, informative discussions about my personal situation and options available to me for solidifying my family's financial position as a homeowner. I think our first conversation lasted 45 minutes. Never have I been so satisfied with a mortgage application and delivery. Before agreeing to the mortgage I consulted with my attorney/tax lawyer, who had helped with three previous mortgage applications. He said you may pay a quarter percent more with Rocket Mortgage, but the ease of the process will make it worthwhile and cut weeks off the waiting period for approval. He also said to feel comfortable about signing the contracts (in my home) without his presence. I couldn't feel better about the results, and I thank Gerald and his colleagues for their guidance throughout the process. David Lanute "
