After researching, we realized refinancing may be a better option for us so proceeded with that route. When we initially applied with Rocket Mortgage, we went through the application process and was told that the type of loan we wanted to apply for we couldn’t do because our house/location didn’t meet the requirements. We almost gave up on trying thinking if it wasn’t eligible for them, it wouldn’t be for anyone however, it was the same type of loan that we had at that time which left me puzzled so I decided to see what changed from then to now. I sent a message through their inquiry chat to ask and thankfully reached Zach. He asked if I minded answering why I asked that question and after I told him , he asked if I minded if he looked at our application. We allowed him too and after verifying a few things, he found that we were eligible. He walked us through the entire process of completing a new application, ensured we had no questions or uncertainties. Most importantly to me and my husband was that he called when he said he would called or sent a message letting us know of changes and returned our call. We are new clients to Rocket Mortgage and haven’t received this type of service from banks and credit unions that we have been banking with for years. Our refinancing was completed and closed in less time than we have waited on phone calls from other banks/credit unions . The entire process was quick, easy and without any headache from application to closing and Zach remained in contact even after the process had moved on to someone else to ensure we understood everything, had no questions or to remind us a document was needed. We are extremely thankful to him for all of his hard work, dedication and excellent customer service. A couple of the days he wasn’t feeling well but you could only tell that by the change in his voice because it didn’t change anything else when it came to his service to us. Never have we experienced service as great as we did with Zach in this capacity."

Throughout our refinancing process, he was always helpful while offering realistic and accurate information and helpful suggestions regarding the the various options available to us through Rocket Mortgage and Schwab Bank. When we felt overwhelmed by the choices or some of the financial jargon and requirements, he helped us understand so we could make the best decisions for ourselves. We always felt that he was our advocate in dealing with the mortgage process. When we hit a stumbling block that would have reduced our cash out we needed for important purchases, he represented us in an appeal that successfully assured that we received what we required. In addition, he was always positive, interesting, energetic and compassionate...whatever the situation called for. These personal qualities helped make our refinancing experience a pleasant one which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend him to our family and friends and truly believe that Rocket Mortgage & Charles Schwab are quite fortunate to have him representing their companies. "

Didnt take momey out as a caveat to time: the time it took for the two refies, was about a mo th for the Rocket Mortgage, more like three weeks ish. And, the other about a mknth -maybe a weel longer than the Rocket Mortgage. Both were different types of loans. George took my calls personally and set up the process of the loans after telling me whattypes were best. He completed the Quickrn refi right uo, and got the other one started in the department that handled those types of loans. George was human, personable, a joy to work with and educating. Five star guy. I have refered two ot three clients to him already. The folks in the department wh handled the other loan were fine, njce enough but i dont recall their name and the education element was missing, sometimes it was like talking code. Not George, he is super. He can talk to the person, and its real. Don't hesitate to work with George, he will be straight up and if he believes he can get you the loan, he will tell you so, if he doesnt thimk so, he will let you know and suggest the options. While personable, he is all business; a tough combo to find."

The process started a bit shaky in that my PC died and I was unable to scan and send required documents for Harrison's use. However, his quick thinking suggested that I take pictures of those docs and send them via email using my cell phone. This process was totally new to me, I am techy challenged :) . But all went well. Harrison received the docs and the process continued. Through the process Harrison kept in contact with us providing information as one step finished and another was taken. Everything Harrison said would happen did occur. However, if we were "surprised" by a step, Harrison was able to remedy it or provide a well thought explanation of what was needed. He was there ready to help. Our kudos to him!!"

Jon is an outstanding and vital resource to Rocket Mortgage. Jon appears to be an expert in his field which can be very confusing and daunting at times for someone who does not have expertise in the mortgage and refinance industry. Jon has a very personable and friendly voice. In his voice I can hear honesty and a desire to help his customers in the refinance process. He immediately creates an instant connection with a total stranger over the phone and takes a natural and friendly tone, a great attitude, and engagement in his work. I would honestly rate Jon's customer service skills as the very best that I have experienced in a long time. I am a medical biller and I am on the phone all week long with insurance companies and patients and Jon's exceptional customer service skills stand out. You can tell he loves his work and loves his interaction with his customers. Whenever Jon called me I was always greeted with a friendly voice. He always kept his appointments and commitments which are lacking in this world today. He took the time to answer my questions and always treated me with respect and kindness and I never felt rushed. I suspect his parents should be commended for raising such a fine young man. I would be proud to call him my son if he were my own. I also wanted to commend the Rocket Mortgage and Refinance site. It was very easily accessed and understandable. The emails that I received told me exactly what was needed from me. The subject line of the emails were very beneficial: "Here is the Next Step" and "Take Action" - I knew that I had to complete some work. The emails never left me wondering what was next or if I needed to complete more paperwork or submit documents. I have never had access to a site that is so easily understandable. I was thrilled that this whole process from start to finish took just under a month."

Clearly answered all questions, made sure I was fully informed about all elements set before me. Integrity, Honesty, Humility… Stephanie was always, positive, reassuring and optimistic. As I’d grumble about this or that, she would laughingly say, “everything would work out”. As the disclosure requests kept coming, the seeming unending questions, financial documents, legal verification’s mounting, she reminded me “this was not out of the ordinary” and was a necessary part of the process. Never misleading, always truthful, sympathetic and understanding… Cheerful, Confident, Cool… Stephanie would voice encouragement; she has an infectious “we’ll get it done” attitude. Stephanie seemed like an older sister; cheering me on as I delivered documents completing each task. She made it sound as if I was doing her a favor, while all along it was Stephanie taking me by the hand, walking me to the finish line, ultimately achieving the result I was hopefully asking for. Less than 3 weeks ago I had a delightful conversation with Derek and it was actually pleasant. Not intimidating. I am VERY pleased to say on Tuesday I will close on my house. Less years and over 3% less than last rate, but....this is the good part 1.5 % less than my current lender offered with 5 additional years. I had been referred by a friend to Rocket Mortgage, but Derek is the selling point for me. The communication and teamwork is outstanding. I will be making recommendations for this team. It is impressive!! Thank you to all. "

He was kind, personable, amicable, and well rounded in knowledge. Frank took his time to answer all my calls, texts and emails. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns the best he possibly could; even if they probably should have been addressed to an attorney. However, it being my first time buying a home there was a lot I did not know, wasn't sure who to ask or how to go about certain situations. It was stress beyond belief but Frank was so helpful! He ensured he could give the best advice and knowledge possible to help me. He constantly kept me updated on the process and what was going on, on the banking/loan end of things. He was very concerned about what was best for me as the client/costumer. He is a true and perfect example of what costumer service is about. I loved the entire team but Frank really did make this process less stressful. If you can pick whom to work with from Rocket Mortgage I highly recommend Frank, and will say I hope to have Franks assistance in the future when buying a home. :) Overall if I could rate more than just 5 stars I 100% would. Sometimes I wonder if he was for real, his confidence, energy, tireless work ethics, attention to detail, and being that top notch subject matter expert. As a military retiree, leadership, trust and communication is foremost and center for me. It’s not many of my civilian counterparts I would want as a battle buddy, but with Jeff it’s a no brainer!!
