He made the process of getting pre approved and then fully approved with a non contingent loan painless, and we were able to put in our offer to the sellers, and won over multiple other offers because we were fully funded! My husband and I lost everything we had in Hurricane Harvey and after dealing with insurance, and FEMA, and having to buy new cars, furniture, appliances, dealing with contractors to fix the house, and living with family for 7 months, having this process go so smoothly was a dream! Our closing is tomorrow and all we have to do is show up and sign papers!! I recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone I know that is looking to buy a home. This is the 2nd time purchasing a home with them, we have refinanced twice with them, and have always had the best experience. Thank you so much!"

Ember advised me that I was qualified to have my FHA removed and refinance under a conventional loan. Ember was so patient to explain things with me step by step and was even more patient and understanding with my work schedule since I was unable to be on top of this as much as I would've liked to due to my hectic work schedule. What was different with Ember versus my first loan officer was that Ember wasn't so overbearing. She was organized and you can just tell she had a lot of experience with her job. She wasn't like my first loan officer who made the experience of buying a home a nightmare and constantly losing my paper work and refaxing information. The way that Rocket Mortgage is setup it doesn't allow anyone to lose any important and official documents. This made very comfortable. In fact, Ember and her team made me feel comfortable with my decision to refinance with them overall. When I closed on my house she called to confirm if everything went as smooth as she had explained it would be. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to refinance with Rocket Mortgage and if you get Ember as your agent, consider yourself lucky. "

We have been so pleased with our Rocket Mortgage experiences. Decided to refinance our home a number of years ago as interest rates had dropped. Had completed some information for another company (Lower My Bills) but when I realized it required a monthly fee I didn't finish the forms. Apparently this company shared my contact information with Rocket Mortgage. Normally that would be very aggravating but I would have never even thought to contact Rocket Mortgage. That experience was fast and painless! Rocket Mortgage stays in contact when interest rates change or opportunities to make changes that benefit us occur."

Out of curiosity I thought I would reach out to them and just see what they can do to help me. The entire process from beginning to end only took a couple of short weeks. My agent was there for me every step of the way! I appreciated the fact that he was always available by text or phone and if he didn’t answer right away he never took more than a few hours to reply. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer every question I had along the way. I also appreciated and respected the fact that if he did not know how to answer one of my questions, he found out and got back to me. My agent made this process painless! My agent never made me feel my questions or concerns were invalid. I would recommend Trevor to anyone who ever asks if I know of someone out there who can help them. No matter what I faced with any of the numerous buyer's and/or seller's agents; and all the over zealous homeowners with their grossly overpriced, under maintained; omission of or cover-up of seller's disclosures;etc., and definitely lacking the old fashioned "curb appeal"... and then constantly blindsided by the financial side of the buying process with the interest rates being raised constantly. It all worked out in the end. I would also like to add that my comments of professionalism and team player, etc is also echoed by all the comments and thanks I was given by both the Title Company rep [Jennifer Larson} and her various office personnel; and the seller's agent [Cindy Wheeler]. They were amazed that when I asked for a 30 days close that Samantha was able to have all the numbers and info to the Title company in actually under 22 days. That is TEAM work at its best on Samantha's Ellis's part. Thank you for the opportunity to highlight one of your employees [Samantha Ellis] who is a shinning star as leader of her department within your company. "Some of my friends talked to me about considering Rocket Mortgage for future home mortgage needs. When the time came in 2017, I naturally contacted the company and met Brian. From our first contact ...Some of my friends talked to me about considering Rocket Mortgage for future home mortgage needs. When the time came in 2017, I naturally contacted the company and met Brian. From our first contact through the final closing he was always there for us. He did not waste time. He was increadibly efficient and Rocket Mortgage's system took away all of the frustration normally associated with the home mortgage loan process. While the system is great, Brian made it work. He did not ask for more information than was needed. He never asked for duplicates. there was instant communication whether I asked a question or he needed some more data on his end. Everything was done electronically -- a fabulous emil process. We started the process around September 12 and closed on October 20. Rocket Mortgage and people like Brian make traditional bank images (such as Wells Fargo) live up to their stodgy brand images i.e. using a stage coach versus 21st century technology. Frankly, if the company were not called Rocket Mortgage, it could easily be called Brian and there would not be any of difference. "
