There are so many things about closing that can cause delays if not addressed and has to be carried out In a timely manner or it cost money. She know everything that has to get done with underwriters homeowner insurance policy’s , disclosers , just to mention a few that has to get done and she knows them all to get closed for my end and especially Rocket Mortgage. She represented you well and she loves what she is doing and she is very professional about doing it. I was so amazed about this, I said Taryn do you see a problem with getting me closed before my next mortgage payment on May 15 2019 so I won’t have to pay it , and she said let me work on this and said I think I can. Well she did exactly that and worked with shawna and got me closed on April 30. That saved me 1600 dollars and that made Rocket Mortgage look good as well. Can’t wait to call up Taryn after I pay this 175,000 off here in a 1 year and do this again. I know who to call , Taryn , I locked her number in my phone. He is also diligent about keeping his clients on track with timelines, which is most helpful. He has exceptional customer service skills, and because of this, he builds a relationship of trust with his clients. He is patient with people who are not quite as technologically savvy as he is when you are uploading documents and using Rocket Mortgage.com, and he loves what he does. No complaints, as I consider myself fortunate to have been a homeowner. And my experience seems to show that it is true, homeownership is the main investment that most ordinary people are able to make in their lifetime. I'm lucky in that regard. Regarding Kate Mintz as a Loan Officer, I was surprised to find her to be the the best mortgage officer I have dealt with in all these years. Perhaps I was I surprised in this digital online age because of my lowered expectations. As they say, I'm definitely old school. How can you sign up for a serious financial obligation without ever meeting the loan officer? Well, the answer is, talk to Kate. IMHO, Kate's number one attribute is patience. Both online and by phone, she carefully and patiently addressed all questions, explaining every possible detail. Kate is obviously very knowledgeable, as she should be, and never faltered or hesitated in providing rapid and complete information on the most inane bits of process, steps, or hurdles as the loan application bumped it's way along. She has a confident and relaxed approach, and worked diligently to assure I was informed and satisfied. I highly recommend Kate Mintz. DFL, Stevensville MD"

He talked me through filling out and signing the forms in the most patient way, repeating directions over and over as needed. He answered all of my many phone calls and texts very promptly. He knew the financial aspect of the job thoroughly and worked hard to find the best options for me. I used him to do both mortgages and refinances, and was totally satisfied each time. "When I called Rocket Mortgage I was connected to Arron Burger to help me through the process. First I made an low bid offer on a cottage, and we worked the numbers. Fortunately the offer fell through ...When I called Rocket Mortgage I was connected to Arron Burger to help me through the process. First I made an low bid offer on a cottage, and we worked the numbers. Fortunately the offer fell through as children of the seller wanted more money. So several months passed while looking for the right home. Arron continued to touch base with me keeping me informed and the right home came available. I jumped and made an offer and it was accepted. Arron then worked with me to make sure all the required documents were uploaded, and answering question within a timely manor. Arron continued being there in the background as the loan processed, providing updates on the cost of the loan and answering questions directed to him. Arron and his team made this loan a pleasant and happy experience as buying a home can be quite stressful. This was not my first loan and as a previous real estate sales person 25 years early working with loan offices both in sales and personal purchase never had I had such a great experience and assistance through the process. Normally you just turn the paperwork in, and then wait to see if you're approved, then wait for closing without any communication. However with Rocket Mortgage and Arron and his team you were communicated both on the MyRocket Mortgage site and received scheduled call. I took forever to find the perfect place and during the time The people I was working with were all promoted to different positions to leave me getting handed off to another person. All of those I dealt with were very professional but it wasn't until I was handed off to Joe that I felt there was a great connection with someone that truly had my best interest in mind. Joe was extremely responsive, had many great suggestions to make my process go smoother and seemed genuinely excited that Nick and I found our new home. Joe made sure everything was in order for the underwriters and was great in relaying to me everything that I needed to do to make everything go great! With my comfort level of using Rocket on my most recent previous mortgage, I was confident the process, while difficult to navigate for the lay person, would be explained thorough enough to make the transition into a new home fairly painless. Mr. Blade was eager to help, knowledgeable about products, communicative and patient with a client who would rather exercise too much caution and communication than too little. A common trait of a retiree of 61 years. Mr. Blade sweated the details of pushing through the closing in as short a time as possible. This enabled me to have a very short period of time between vacating my current home and moving into my new home. I expect Mr. Blade to earn a long and successful career while providing excellent customer service to Rocket Mortgage customers.
