From our first contact ...Some of my friends talked to me about considering Rocket Mortgage for future home mortgage needs. When the time came in 2017, I naturally contacted the company and met Brian. From our first contact through the final closing he was always there for us. He did not waste time. He was increadibly efficient and Rocket Mortgage's system took away all of the frustration normally associated with the home mortgage loan process. While the system is great, Brian made it work. He did not ask for more information than was needed. He never asked for duplicates. there was instant communication whether I asked a question or he needed some more data on his end. Everything was done electronically -- a fabulous emil process. We started the process around September 12 and closed on October 20. Rocket Mortgage and people like Brian make traditional bank images (such as Wells Fargo) live up to their stodgy brand images i.e. using a stage coach versus 21st century technology. Frankly, if the company were not called Rocket Mortgage, it could easily be called Brian and there would not be any of difference. "

Samantha was my rock... No matter what I faced with any of the numerous buyer's and/or seller's agents; and all the over zealous homeowners with their grossly overpriced, under maintained; omission of or cover-up of seller's disclosures;etc., and definitely lacking the old fashioned "curb appeal"... and then constantly blindsided by the financial side of the buying process with the interest rates being raised constantly. It all worked out in the end. I would also like to add that my comments of professionalism and team player, etc is also echoed by all the comments and thanks I was given by both the Title Company rep [Jennifer Larson} and her various office personnel; and the seller's agent [Cindy Wheeler]. They were amazed that when I asked for a 30 days close that Samantha was able to have all the numbers and info to the Title company in actually under 22 days. That is TEAM work at its best on Samantha's Ellis's part. Thank you for the opportunity to highlight one of your employees [Samantha Ellis] who is a shinning star as leader of her department within your company. Oh ....Yes, be assured I will be happy to use both Samantha Ellis and/or your company's name when asked for my opinion of recommending a Lending company to use."

He has helped me with applying for 2 home loans and he has just been incredible to work with. He is very diligent in proving the right information at each step in the process. He is also diligent about keeping his clients on track with timelines, which is most helpful. He has exceptional customer service skills, and because of this, he builds a relationship of trust with his clients. He is patient with people who are not quite as technologically savvy as he is when you are uploading documents and using Rocket Mortgage.com, and he loves what he does. I am totally impressed with this young man and his knowledge about the loan process. He is excellent also with communication and with communicating with others involved such as the real estate agent, and the other people involved in the process at Rocket Mortgage. I highly recommend Mack to anyone seeking a loan or who needs assistance with any of the levels of work he is involved in. This young man has huge potential in working in the financial industry, and most likely any industry because his skills are transferrable. Mack - you are the MAN! "

She saved us from completely going under and took the stress I was feeling about things off of me and showed me some light. I'm old,ill, I don't have skills in providing documentation over internet, I am nearly blind doing all tasks to aquire insurance , for my home, to locate understandings about properties, to achieve a loan through a very long process , meanwhile being to time zones away.
