From start to finish she, or ...To say that I was pleasantly surprised with the experience of getting a home mortgage loan, with Rocket Mortgage through Sarah Altimore, would be a severe understatement. From start to finish she, or somebody with the answers to my questions, was always available. I was never asked to leave a voicemail, instead if Sarah was not available, someone with direct knowledge of my account was there for me. This is what most impressed me. I was always treated with respect and consideration. I was given the impression that Rocket Mortgage cared about me and my time. Not only was I impressed with Rocket Mortgage, but when my real estate agent and my title company asked who my lender was, the first thing they said was that Rocket Mortgage was the best they have worked with. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Sarah Altimore. I don't plan on needing a home loan again, but if I did, I know where I would call. "

She quickly analyzed our situation and recommended a great interest rate. An added plus is after reviewing our homeowners insurance (as part of the refi process), she said that due to our excellent credit, we shouldn't be paying such a high premium. Though I constantly shop insurance premium prices, ours was raised this year due to 2 claims filed in 2 years. She recommended an insurance broker she works with--end result, saved us $1400/yr. The only blemish in our working with her was towards the end, right before we were to go to closing, I asked her about an offer that appeared to have an even lower interest rate and she at first didn't respond and when she did, it was somewhat abrupt. However, we highly recommend her and will ask for her by name in the future. Her expertise on top of Rocket Mortgage/Rocket's e-processes for capturing documents and signatures made the process efficient."

While we were on the phone she quickly pulled together some of...My current mortgage is with Rocket Mortgage and about 3 weeks ago Nicky called me to ask if I had ever thought about refinancing my home. While we were on the phone she quickly pulled together some of my financial information and told me I could consolidate some of my other bills along with my mortgage. By doing this I lowered my interest rate and reduced the length of the loan by three and a half years. I told her I would consider it and get back with her. Nicky was not pushy to try to close the deal but gave me the time I needed. Throughout this entire process Nicky has been a joy to work with...she is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and, if she didn't know the answer to a question she would convey this too plus obtain the answer for you. I also want to acknowledge how easy it is to apply for a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage...most paperwork is accomplished via their computer system and Nicky was there every step to assure it was done correctly and efficiently. Thanks Nicky for making this a smooth process and I would certainly recommend you to my friends!"

So when I was ready to purchase a new loan plan Cody was there ...Cody was amazing he got in touch with me one early morning, I have always Financed with Quicken Loans now founder of Rocket Mortgage. So when I was ready to purchase a new loan plan Cody was there ready to prepare my loan and close by 2 or 3 weeks. It was the easiest home Loan Mortgage I had ever done. In my life time I have bought 7 homes. Cody pulled all my prior information that had not changed, and provided me with additional documents he was going to need to get me qualified. Cody pulled me from another lender I was working with. And did everything he said he was going to do to satisfy my loan. On July 26, 2024 I was closing on my loan. Fortunately some new developments have occurred in my life I'm hoping to pay my loan off in the not so distant future about another 2 months and my loans first payment was due September 1, 2024. From our first communication months earlier, he impressed me as truly listening to my thoughts and goals. This had not been my earlier experience from Rocket Mortgage Re-fi team members. I was previously met with sales aggressiveness and rudeness and frankly had felt very insulted. Mr. Witt listened, presented the numbers and then honored my decision at multiple times. When the time was right for me, I got back to Mr. Witt, trusting his offering even when a lower offer was presented by an another lender. Because he listened to me from the beginning, allowed me to get back to him, was not inappropriately aggressive, and very responsive, a win-win outcome was the outcome. I really appreciated his style and the way I was handled as a customer. Little did he know that in addition to my principal employment, I am a Customer Service Strategist and can accurately assess good from lesser service skills. Mr. Witt was the perfect match for me."

They reduced capital and interest but the rate was not negotiable. Mortgage payments were too high and refinance was a must to ease our budget. Last year, we tried them but it was a titanic effort. Lots of papers, calls, follow ups, and complications. It resulted just impossible. Then we tried Tropical Financial and came out with the same negative outcome. At last, we tried Rocket Mortgage. From start to finish, we couldn't believe ourselves. They were absolutely amazing. Mr. Darren Goldsmith and his excellent team provided us an impeccable service. Communication, promptness to respond, assistance, perfect knowledge of all the process and procedures are just outstanding. To write a review is just that, a review. But to recommend somebody with all you heart, makes a difference. Today I want to thank Mr. Goldsmith and all his people because they were greatly wonderful to us. People like them, make us believe in a better future and in a better America. (Rocket Mortgage gave us a 2.99% rate on a 15 yrs term, best deal ever!!)."

Several weeks ago I was just testing the waters on a refinance. From the initial, " Hello, my name is Jennifer, how can I help you today", she has been the most professional, personable, and professional person I have had the pleasure of talking to. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If I had a question, she answered it promptly. She made this process seamless and enjoyable. I have been in retail for 42 years and I wish I could have worked with employees like Jennifer more often. She's amazing at her job and you can tell she enjoys her work just by the way she treated me. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Jennifer for all your help."
