Once we were moved on to the next department in the process things went rapidly downhill for us. We were passed about amoung so many different depts-asking for the same info-- no follow through and we were in the dark about how things were progressing most of the time-- it was a very unpleasant stressful time for us sorry to say-- unlike the last time we had refinanced. However ,in desperation, a couple of times we reached back out to Bill-- and even though we had moved on from his initial contact with us-- he took the time to help us, look into what was going on, and keep us a bit sane. We are so grateful to him. Overall, although it all worked out after seemingly an endless amount of time-- I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. However, this is supposed to be about Bill-- and we say thank you Bill-- you were patient, knowledgable and helpful to us . A bright spot indeed. happy holiday to you and yours."

He is extremely client oriented, knows his products inside and out and helps you save as much money as possible. While most others I've spoken to there at Rocket Mortgage's have been good, Drew stands out above everyone else. He is my "ALL STAIR" go to person and I hope yours too. He is worthy of not only having him with Rocket Mortgage until he retires but I hope you are rewarding him well. My compliments to Rocket Mortgage and to Drew, he is fantastic! "I can't say enough good things about Nick. After he handed everything off on a "silver platter" to a processing agent, things went sideways. The processing agent (aka "purchase escalation ...I can't say enough good things about Nick. After he handed everything off on a "silver platter" to a processing agent, things went sideways. The processing agent (aka "purchase escalation specialist") was either incompetent or intentionally malicious, perhaps both. She delayed everything until the very last minute and kept referring to "her team" and "an investor review", which was a complete nonsense. I contacted Nick for help, because I couldn't deal with her anymore, and he immediately handled the situation to move clear the loan for closing. If it were not for Nick, I would walk away from this deal. Nick is a highly qualified professional, who exhibited patience, understanding and a quick grasp of the situation. If he could do everything himself from start to finish, including closing a loan, it would be an amazing experience. Unfortunately, there are not enough hours in a day for that to happen, and clients regretfully have to suffer through the "purchase escalation specialist." My next mortgage deal will be definitely with Nick."

It ...My husband and I have gone through the home buying process several times in the past. This time we decided to use Rocket Mortgage and worked with Robert Divis. Our home buying process was long. It started with a reach out and contemplation of moving about 10 months prior. Given the market it was difficult to find a home, so after multiple offers, we did not end up closing after securing a new build until 10 months or so after starting to work together. I cannot say enough good things about Robert. He is AMAZING. Robert was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Some weeks I was talking with Robert almost daily on the difficulties we were having with the Seller/Builder. Robert truly became a friend and trusted professional who always consulted with us on the best options for our situation. I miss my daily chats with Robert. For those considering buying a home and looking for a mortgage professional I HIGHLY recommend Robert. I cannot imagine anyone more knowledgeable, responsive, or kind in this field. The real-estate climate is so competitive right now that you really need someone who knows what they’re doing and you can trust."

I bought my first home in 2021, tho I’m middle aged and work in finance, I went in mostly blind and I didn’t have a great lender, so I was really on my own. So this time I knew I wanted a strong lender. I do work for Schwab, and had several colleagues recommend going thru Rocket Mortgage for our discounts. And I’m so glad I did. After submitting my application and getting connected with Greg, I knew immediately I wasn’t going to shop for lenders. Greg from the start educated me, he talked me thru the process, let me know my options and what I needed to do. When he could he’d talk me thru what he would do. And the entire time I felt way more knowledgeable. The other thing is the UEX is so nice. I could easily log in and upload documents, I could also easily see my tasks and their tasks and follow thru. I always knew who to reach out to with questions and how to reach them. Then, my buyer backed out the day before close (two days before the close on the purchase). We could’ve spent time lamenting, but instead Greg leaped into action, he helped me get the documents he needed so I could still qualify for the purchase. He was up front with what we could do and what we couldn’t do in the timeframe we had. He escalated what he could behind the scenes. And in the end, with Greg’s and the team at RM, we got across the finish line. The entire time Greg was fantastic, he was world’s above my previous lender, and was willing to leap into action and do what he could to help me cross the finish line. I’m so happy with my experience, I’m so happy with my purchase, and I credit a lot of it to Greg. I definitely wouldn’t have it without him. Shout out Greg! Thank you for helping me have a far better and more educated experience in my second go round."

Ernie was the rep that was chatting ...I like doing things online, so when I was deciding on whether or not to refinance again, I decided to do what I did last time, I jumped on Rocket Mortgage Chat. Ernie was the rep that was chatting with me, we chatted for well over an hour and he answered all of my questions down to an estimate of what my monthly mortgage would be. He also gave me options in regards to different interest rates. He really was helpful and made my decision all that much easier to go forward with a refinance! I have refinanced with Rocket Mortgage twice. Once when I was leaving Bank of America and another time for a cash out option for home improvement. Both experiences were painless and hassle free and both were done completely and totally online! Ernie and his team constantly updated me on the process of the refinance and any questions I had were answered within hours. If in the future I need to refinance again I will stick with Rocket Mortgage."

The initial application process was fast and easy and Ken contacted me directly to answer all of my questions. Ken earned our business by giving the lowest rate; reducing our mortgage payment by $200 per month. Ken was professional and quick to follow-up on questions we had throughout the process. The experience with Ken and Rocket Mortgage was seamless, automated and the online portal was very intuitive. Ken delivered on all milestones initially set and we were able to close a week early. I would recommend Ken and his team, as they went above and beyond to provide excellent service and attention to detail."

On a personal note, Merribeth was a pleasure to work with, because she was not only highly efficient and very timely, but she's also quite personable. I always felt like I was talking with an old friend, when speaking with Merribeth. Sure, she's a good salesperson, but she's much more than that. She's also experienced, honest, and doesn't waste your time or beat around the bush. That's probably why she is a top performing Banker with Rocket Mortgage. Five months later Leena came into my world with her confidence and can do attitude, and made me believe again. I wasn’t going to try again and she had enough faith for both of us. My property was appraised at way more than I thought and now I can get my upstairs bathroom to finally function in my 1930 farmhouse. She is kind , considerate and she was willing to take a chance on me and when I was beat down, she became my energizer bunny! She believed enough for both of us. That being said on a personal level however if she wasn’t so smart and savvy in her field of financing ,I would have never got back on board. She is amazing , smart, confident and a go getter!!"
