It ...My husband and I have gone through the home buying process several times in the past. This time we decided to use Rocket Mortgage and worked with Robert Divis. Our home buying process was long. It started with a reach out and contemplation of moving about 10 months prior. Given the market it was difficult to find a home, so after multiple offers, we did not end up closing after securing a new build until 10 months or so after starting to work together. I cannot say enough good things about Robert. He is AMAZING. Robert was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Some weeks I was talking with Robert almost daily on the difficulties we were having with the Seller/Builder. Robert truly became a friend and trusted professional who always consulted with us on the best options for our situation. I miss my daily chats with Robert. For those considering buying a home and looking for a mortgage professional I HIGHLY recommend Robert. I cannot imagine anyone more knowledgeable, responsive, or kind in this field. The real-estate climate is so competitive right now that you really need someone who knows what they’re doing and you can trust."

I bought my first home in 2021, tho I’m middle aged and work in finance, I went in mostly blind and I didn’t have a great lender, so I was really on my own. So this time I knew I wanted a strong lender. I do work for Schwab, and had several colleagues recommend going thru Rocket Mortgage for our discounts. And I’m so glad I did. After submitting my application and getting connected with Greg, I knew immediately I wasn’t going to shop for lenders. Greg from the start educated me, he talked me thru the process, let me know my options and what I needed to do. When he could he’d talk me thru what he would do. And the entire time I felt way more knowledgeable. The other thing is the UEX is so nice. I could easily log in and upload documents, I could also easily see my tasks and their tasks and follow thru. I always knew who to reach out to with questions and how to reach them. Then, my buyer backed out the day before close (two days before the close on the purchase). We could’ve spent time lamenting, but instead Greg leaped into action, he helped me get the documents he needed so I could still qualify for the purchase. He was up front with what we could do and what we couldn’t do in the timeframe we had. He escalated what he could behind the scenes. And in the end, with Greg’s and the team at RM, we got across the finish line. The entire time Greg was fantastic, he was world’s above my previous lender, and was willing to leap into action and do what he could to help me cross the finish line. I’m so happy with my experience, I’m so happy with my purchase, and I credit a lot of it to Greg. I definitely wouldn’t have it without him. Shout out Greg! Thank you for helping me have a far better and more educated experience in my second go round."

"Christian was the Best mortgage banker I have dealt with in my many loans over the years. He was honest from the start and even didn't recommend certain scenarios that I had an interest in and ...Christian was the Best mortgage banker I have dealt with in my many loans over the years. He was honest from the start and even didn't recommend certain scenarios that I had an interest in and explained the Why!. The process started 3 Aug and by the 15th it was going like a ROCKET, Christian, the Underwriters, Appraisal start to finish less then 48 hours. Where things slowed down was the PROCESSORS-They get 1 Star. We didn't close till 2 Oct. I understand they are Very busy with many many loans. But I felt like I was behind a Suburban at a McDonalds drive-in and they had a 17 meal order and the Processors won't tell them to move up so they could take my order for a soda. When you call or email you will get the Can answer. I am a patient person and wish the Processors would be more upfront that their taskings will take 45 days alone. That's where everyone's frustration comes from. It would behoove Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage to fix the communication at the Processing point of the loan. They would have Happier clients. Christian had no control of this and did a Outstanding job. I would Highly recommend him as your Mortgage Banker."

He answered every question, offered guidance when I felt stuck, and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to find solutions when I couldn't see a path forward. He did set up what we were aiming to do, in that we wanted to ...Nick was easy to work with, however it seemed that every time I spoke with someone at Rocket Mortgage it was a different person. He did set up what we were aiming to do, in that we wanted to refinance one parcel that was on our original loan, have the loan paid off and then refinance using only the one parcel (which included the house) and dropping the second parcel, giving us the deed. Somehow this has been slowed down, the County has not yet received the transfer notice even though the closing was on 19 June. There is a party that will purchase that parcel, but we have not been able to do it yet because of the delay. Also, I received a Partial Release Package today. We refinanced to avoid that process. What bothers me is that it addresses our new loan number and a date of 27 June, 8 days after we had closed taking the one parcel out of the picture. Cannot reach the person who sent the notice (Michelle Turner) to clear up the issue. Meanwhile may lose the purchaser for that parcel."

Turns out there was a late charge that we were unaware of. Even thought he crooked credit bureaus never cleared up the late charge we were able to get her score back to what it was by following Michael's suggestions. With his help her scores went up about 60 points. His knowledge of the system and his advice will allow us to secure a lower interest rate on our mortgage loan. Thank you Michael."

When I purchased my home I was very young and had no one to help me with the process, so really James was explaining the buying process and the refinancing process to me. He was very flexible with my schedule since my boss isn't big with me using my phone at work. James had several people working on my account with him, he answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked them. If he didn't know the answer right then he made sure to find out before the next time we spoke. I'm so glad I got James when I called, I couldn't imagine going through the process with anyone else. Rocket Mortgage is very lucky to have James, if you are thinking about buying a home or refinancing your home definitely call Rocket Mortgage and ASK FOR JAMES ROBERTS!!! Believe me you will be glad you did!!!"

"As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and ...As anyone would go through a mortgage process, the natural experience is some how uncertainty of the IF, and if the agent working with you will address road blocker at least to meet the terms and offers by the mortgage company. This is the case in which Evan has come in place to complete the process exactly as supposed to be and meet the expectation with clean outcome. During the process, there was some gray area that at the end Evan has worked toward completing as expected. And this is the positive side as often agents does not take additional steps and leaving the customer with the problem. A side observation as well that even after the process and paperwork has started, he looked into possible best alternative which helped me to comfort my decision that the chosen plan was correct. In my criteria, Excellent for 5 stars are for providing end result more than expected, in my case wasn't exactly this, but as described above there was effort for removing road blocker and recognizing error to remedy it for which I am giving 5 stars."
