Other banks we contacted ...Patrick helped us figure out how to get a great 7-year loan with Rocket Mortgage, and the best possible jumbo rate because we had already been Schwab clients for 10 years. Other banks we contacted required that we start taking monthly draws from our retirement annuities, but we were able to avoid doing this with a Rocket Mortgage (quite unusual, if not impossible to do for seniors) with Patrick's expert guidance. He stayed by our side every step of the way, assuring us that the loan would work out. And it did!!! Much to our delight and surprise. Seldom can you take a loan advisor's word "to the bank" but in Patrick's case, it was literally true. Everything he said he hoped would happen did for us. The loan enabled us to finish our home's remodel, which no other loan we looked into could do without charging up to a point for cash out, or other exorbitant fees. We have told all our friends about Patrick, and feel confident in the referral. Thanks, Patrick. You go beyond amazing in your customer service and deserve only the best!"

We bought our home in a very competitive market where the realtors and lenders are heavily cartelized and where there is a lot of pressure to work with local lenders who allegedly are more responsive and sensitive to your needs. After checking out a few, including specific recommendations, my wife and I found that despite the distance Andrew was by far the best choice for handling our mortgage. He is more responsive than any local lender that I spoke with, his rates are better, and he was able to walk me through lots of specific and detailed questions about aspects of our paperwork that I did not find intuitive. We closed a jumbo loan on time on a very short timeframe, confident throughout that Andrew had our back every step of the way. Could not recommend highly enough."

So fast forward 3 years and I was looking to refinance. Rocket Mortgage had done such a good job before, so I contacted Dana my previous banker for the refinance. She had been promoted to another position and asked if she could recommend someone? My first thought was uh oh I am going to get the newbie, and I could not get a more awesome banker than Dana, but then she introduced me to Suzy. She was not disappointing in the least and it did not take me long to figure out she was just as awesome. I started referring to Suzy as my friend in the business. The majority of our dealings were while I was overseas, and I hated to see my refinance close because she was such a pleasure to do business with. You just do not receive this kind of service anymore especially from an institution the size of Rocket Mortgage. It is usually a text or e-mail but if I had something I didn’t understand I could pick up the phone and she was there to help me understand… no matter how long it took!! I look forward to working with Suzy again in the future. Joe Black"

During the processing he checked in and when we hit a roadblock he personally jumped in and worked it out. On multiple occasions he was available for questions often calming me down. I learned from him substantive information. He is the consummate professional who mixed skills and internal relationships with a calm caring understanding demeanor. Words like outstanding, fantastic, extraordinary describe he and the service he provided. it was a positive experience all around. I would recommend him to anyone."

Not only did they come through with an adjusted pre-approval letter on the weekend when the original lender was non-responsive, they assisted me immediately with status information they provided to the agent representing the seller. Dan also got the loan completed and ready to rock at least a week before closing. This is important because there's nothing worse than getting surprised the day before closing with news the loan underwriter found something he didn't like. I highly recommend Dan and Rocket Mortgage who provided me with top-notch service in a timely manner."

This was honestly the best experience I’ve had . It was stress-free, everything was done at my convenience. Alyssa called me long after her working hours to finish things up cause I was unable to be reached due to my hectic work schedule. I was extremely nervous about my low credit score and how it would effect my approval and she just ensured me that I had nothing to worry and sure enough I was approved, barely made it with a low credit score of 622. If I had known the process was going to be so quick and easy I would have refinanced awhile ago. I am very happy with the service Alyssa provided with me, so happy that I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to everyone that I talk to lol. Her responses were clear and easy to understand. I really liked how personable she was too--she laughed a lot and seemed like an all-around, generally good-hearted person. My experience with Rocket Mortgage was excellent in every respect, and Trish was the one who started it off, as she was the first person I spoke with. Because of her help and support, we chose Rocket Mortgage over PNC, and I am glad we did. Trish has been responsive and helpful every time we have reached out. The company clearly has excellent training for their staff, as everyone I communicated with was terrific. Last--the deal was good too! We got the low interest rate we wanted and a reasonable payment plan. Overall, our experience with Rocket Mortgage could not have been better. Thank you to all who helped us!"
