He did set up what we were aiming to do, in that we wanted to refinance one parcel that was on our original loan, have the loan paid off and then refinance using only the one parcel (which included the house) and dropping the second parcel, giving us the deed. Somehow this has been slowed down, the County has not yet received the transfer notice even though the closing was on 19 June. There is a party that will purchase that parcel, but we have not been able to do it yet because of the delay. Also, I received a Partial Release Package today. We refinanced to avoid that process. What bothers me is that it addresses our new loan number and a date of 27 June, 8 days after we had closed taking the one parcel out of the picture. Cannot reach the person who sent the notice (Michelle Turner) to clear up the issue. Meanwhile may lose the purchaser for that parcel."

"Christian was the Best mortgage banker I have dealt with in my many loans over the years. He was honest from the start and even didn't recommend certain scenarios that I had an interest in and ...Christian was the Best mortgage banker I have dealt with in my many loans over the years. He was honest from the start and even didn't recommend certain scenarios that I had an interest in and explained the Why!. The process started 3 Aug and by the 15th it was going like a ROCKET, Christian, the Underwriters, Appraisal start to finish less then 48 hours. Where things slowed down was the PROCESSORS-They get 1 Star. We didn't close till 2 Oct. I understand they are Very busy with many many loans. But I felt like I was behind a Suburban at a McDonalds drive-in and they had a 17 meal order and the Processors won't tell them to move up so they could take my order for a soda. When you call or email you will get the Can answer. I am a patient person and wish the Processors would be more upfront that their taskings will take 45 days alone. That's where everyone's frustration comes from. It would behoove Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage to fix the communication at the Processing point of the loan. They would have Happier clients. Christian had no control of this and did a Outstanding job. I would Highly recommend him as your Mortgage Banker."

Other banks we contacted required that we start taking monthly draws from our retirement annuities, but we were able to avoid doing this with a Rocket Mortgage (quite unusual, if not impossible to do for seniors) with Patrick's expert guidance. He stayed by our side every step of the way, assuring us that the loan would work out. And it did!!! Much to our delight and surprise. Seldom can you take a loan advisor's word "to the bank" but in Patrick's case, it was literally true. Everything he said he hoped would happen did for us. The loan enabled us to finish our home's remodel, which no other loan we looked into could do without charging up to a point for cash out, or other exorbitant fees. We have told all our friends about Patrick, and feel confident in the referral. Thanks, Patrick. You go beyond amazing in your customer service and deserve only the best!"

She is a definite asset to Rocket Mortgage and to you as a customer. Not only is she personable, she will go above and beyond to get the job done in order to achieve her customer's needs and wants. When I contacted her about a discrepancy on the loan paperwork, she took time on her day off to help me. Instead of running around doing bridesmaid's duties for a friend's wedding, Aliyah took time out of her day to straighten out the problem with the paperwork. If you are looking to get a mortgage or refinance your house, Aliyah is and should be your number one choice to get the job done. All I can say is that she will forever by my person for mortgage issues until the day I die or she changes professions."

He was kind, patient, understanding, informative, always prompt in our correspondence and most importantly communicative. Our correspondence always felt more like I was talking to an informed, longtime friend rather than an uncaring big business only vying after my money. Which I think, a lot of the time, can be the stereotypical bias that comes along with working with a larger company. I had so many people tell me “just go to a local bank, you’ll get better service, better rates" etc. But, my first experience with a small bank for the initial buying process was completely the opposite of what I experienced with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. In an attempt to keep it light ill just say I left no reviews, for anyone at that bank. Back to the point; although, several other companies approached me for refinance rates attempting to poach me from Rocket Mortgage (only after my credit was high enough to qualify, that is), I felt I had really established a relationship with John. And in the end, that’s all we as customers really want; right? A relationship that feels good with people at businesses that really make us feel like we are making the right choice? Well, that’s what John does for you at Rocket Mortgage. You are so lucky to have an employee like John. I don’t even know what the core values are at Rocket Mortgage, but I’ll tell you what, I could feel them throughout our interactions. Thanks John, I could never have refinanced my home without you! I applied for the loan late Friday (around 6PM), just to see if I can get something more competitive than the offer I already had. Later the same day, around 9PM I got a call from Scott (11PM his timezone) and I was really surprised since I didn't expect Rocket Mortgage to call me till Tuesday, we had a nice conversation and then I took a timeout for a day. So I shopped for other loans and figured that Rocket Mortgage suits best for me. So on Saturday I gave a call to Scott (he even shared his cell phone number with me) and we got the ball rolling. So after 4 weeks I got the loan documents signed and ready to move in :) I'm 100% positive that I will be referring my friends/colleagues to Rocket Mortgage and specifically Scott!
