When I found the house that was meant for me and my fur babies🐾. It was kinda difficult for me to get some things together due to me not begin technically experience but, Jesse didn’t give up on me he walk me through step by step.. everything moved so fast I couldn’t believe that I would soon be closing on my home.. We had been looking for a few months and all of a sudden we stumbled upon "the one". We learned we needed to act fast as all offers were due that same day by 4pm, leaving us only 5 hours in which we also needed a preapproval. Jason responded with urgency upon reaching out to him and was able to get all the information he needed in a professional and educational manner, ensuring to look out for our best interests. Not only did Jason provide the preapproval in time, but he escalated it with underwriting to get a full approval to help make our offer more competitive. In addition, Jason took it upon himself to reach out to both our agent and the listing agent to ensure we were great candidates. Our offer ended up getting accepted despite multiple offers! If it weren't for Jason, we would've never landed our dream vacation home! The experience did not end there as Jason made sure to keep in contact with us and address any concerns or questions. I called back within a couple months, she talked with the wife and things started rolling again. Any hiccups, I called Jaimee and she got with her team and worked through them. She saved us from completely going under and took the stress I was feeling about things off of me and showed me some light. Never talked down to us, always a professional, gave me easy and quick access to her during the whole process. Jaimee is very pleasant to talk with and understands your problems and helps you. "Raymn is by far the best mortgage banker I have ever met and worked with. less than 2 months ago I called enquiring to see if I can get Raymn's assistance in preparing myself to get into a mortgage ( ...Raymn is by far the best mortgage banker I have ever met and worked with. less than 2 months ago I called enquiring to see if I can get Raymn's assistance in preparing myself to get into a mortgage ( I felt I didn't qualify for what I needed amount wise). Raymn asked me when I was looking to move and I said sometime next year because I was certain I did not yet qualify for the mortgage amount I needed. Raymn very professionally insisted that we try now and he felt strongly he cant get me into what i needed. After beginning the process I would say no later than a week he came back and told me he was able to qualify me for well over what I needed! I was able to secure a conventional loan with minimal down payment and very reasonable closing costs. Raymn also generously added a discount for me as a first time home buyer. To think that just 8 weeks ago my wife and I felt we needed to wait, now we are moving into our dream home that we just finished the closing on yesterday! I sincerely credit all of this to Raymn. He and my realtor worked hand in hand to create the perfect situation. I would recommend Raymn to anyone looking for a mortgage. Do not qualify yourself, listen to the expert, Raymn Henany! Raymn, because of you, my wife and I are now home owners and we feel even more encouraged with our already bright future with our 3 wonderful children. I believe that I have made a friend in you. almost 2 months later (or maybe less?) I am a home owner! Raymn will not quite until he gets you a mortgage. Bank on it. Isaac & Ruby"

I'm old,ill, I don't have skills in providing documentation over internet, I am nearly blind doing all tasks to aquire insurance , for my home, to locate understandings about properties, to achieve a loan through a very long process , meanwhile being to time zones away. These individuals are extremely qualified, trustworthy, involved in bringing the BEST service , above average, gentle, but PROFESSIONAL, ABSOLUTE INTEGRITY, putting one at ease each time the overwhelming paralysis ,being petrified of this journey we're on in However this Rocky, slippery , no oxygen everest climb we're on these professionals that have dropped in my contact list have been not only good but superb Samaritans in fulfilling my needs from them."

I highly recommend Chris and his team. We had a great experience, it’s such an overwhelming process as it is, the market is the WORST! But they take a lot of that uncertainty away. I felt comfortable knowing we had great people in our corner, we were able to call if we had any questions or concerns, and if Chris wasn’t able to answer, he called back in a matter of minutes (most of the time he called before we got a chance). We knew everything we needed to do from the start of the process and when we needed to change things around due to personal circumstances, he would get it done immediately! Don’t second guess going through rocket- it was easy and convenient to use them- toddler and 2 working people plus another who lived in another state. We used rocket to sell my dad’s house and buy a house that we could blend together. I just have to add, I am most certainly his favorite client 😂 just kidding- I hope you got a chuckle of that Chris! But really- he is super attentive, friendly and I feel like for someone I have never even met- he truly cared and wanted to make sure it happened- even if it meant doing a lot more work for us than the common loan process. I miss our weekly chats, he does too haha. He called once he saw that our closing was set up and was so excited for us! Ok end of this long but hopefully helpful review.
