Sourov meant business, but took it personally. I have never had a more pleasant, easy and seamless transaction such as my 2nd mortgage with Sourov. Every phone call, he not only had the time and the answer, but the detailed knowledge to dig deep and give me full meaningful answers. It was more than a pleasure to work with Sourov, it was truly a privilege. He represents your company well. He is an excellent employee and I am sorry we won't be chatting anymore.
