Terrence was chill and professional at the same time, which was cool because it made me feel like I was in good hands without all the stress. I'm not usually into this finance stuff, but he made it simple and kinda fun, if that's even possible. "Sean was awesome! We were looking for a house for a year...we found 3 houses we liked in that time....2 of which we lost out on. Then we finally found the perfect house and our offer was accepted. ...Sean was awesome! We were looking for a house for a year...we found 3 houses we liked in that time....2 of which we lost out on. Then we finally found the perfect house and our offer was accepted. We were selling our current residence as well which was a nightmare. Because the lenders of the people purchasing our house didn't have their stuff together like Rocket Mortgage we almost lost the house we wanted. Sean made sure we didn't...he offered to call the seller, and contacted his realtor and when it came down to the wire "moved mountains" to make it happen. Every step of the way Rocket Mortgage was great and Sean was there for us. I'll never use another company. Thanks Sean!"
