Many times I had wished Patrick had handled the whole process."

"Jared Hill has decided to look in Stillwell OK. Because it is over an hour away, it is hard to get permission from the agents to show them. Most of them he finds are on Zillow or Realtor.com. They ...Jared Hill has decided to look in Stillwell OK. Because it is over an hour away, it is hard to get permission from the agents to show them. Most of them he finds are on Zillow or Realtor.com. They do not give agent phone numbers just fill out a form and ask for information. I have emailed all week no answers. I talked to Michelle at Coldwell Banker and asked her to see if she could refer him to an agent near there like in Talequah. The if he comes back this direction I would be happy to assist him again. But I have emailed the agent on 2 of the ones he wanted to see from Centry 21 and no answers. I did have a phone number and email for that angent. He did not return calls or emails. So I think he would get better service there if he were with a local realtor. Sherry"

She was very respectful and knowledgeable about ...This woman was very patient with me, I answered the phone and was kind of rude because of all the phone calls I was getting from other loan companies. She was very respectful and knowledgeable about helping me get into a better financial situation without feeling like I'm drowning in debt because of life situations that happen. She genuinely cares about helping customers regain financial stability and bettering the quality of my life with a reassurance of what this company is providing for me. I'm not a technological person and she was there helping me every step of the way being patient with me. I literally was barely making it with bills after hitting a cow with my truck, and now I'm able to get another one, consolidate high interest loans and do some maintenance repairs on my house at the same time, and put money in my savings. Thank you Kazi, your a lifesaver and Rocket Mortgage is definitely helping me get my life back in order."

Took the time to break down the process or payment questions that we had. This is not the first time we look into a loan process and many other agents left us hanging when they couldn't answer a question, but not Jose, he took the time to help us understand the process and when he didn't know something, he told us, and followed up after getting the needed answers. Highly recommend him and greatly appreciate his work. We will definitely be recommending him with friends and family. Thank you, Jose!"
