He was a wealth of knowledge in mortgage banking. We had our home in a trust which made the sending the proceeds to my checking account difficult. Banks do not put two trusts to a joint account, so my money was in limbo. Mike navigated through the problem by having the sales title company transfer the money to our buying title company. This made the transaction seamless."

He first reached out earlier in the year, and we had several conversations about what kind of refinance was available at the time. The numbers didn't make sense, and while he did try to convince me they could short term, he backed off and let me proceed without changing my mortgage. A few months later some tweaks were made, and the rate and cost were such that it made sense now, and I proceeded with refinancing. Larson was persistent in getting my business but understood my vision and honored it. Would recommend Larson to anyone that was interested in working with Rocket Mortgage."
