While Rocket Mortgage/Rocket has a very segmented division of labor relative to processing a loan (no one person is responsible for the process from start to finish, which creates difficulty in holding anyone accountable) Steven handled his portion very professionally. Overall, I had a relatively good experience with this process, but would strongly suggest to all to make sure you verify what you're initially told your loan will cost relative to what it actually does cost."

While our realtor was slightly hesitant about us choosing a remote lender, Rocket ended up saving us thousands of dollars through lower interest and fees compared to local mortgage options. Overall, we were very happy with our decision and had a great experience working with Rocket."
