When the THOUGHT popped into my head that this was too much trouble, she would call with an update or question. There were a couple of days during the process that she was unavailable, but she left me in excellent hands. Maybe the whole Rocket team is like this? All I know, is that Alyssa is a superstar at this and I would not hesitate to use her or refer anyone to her."

When the rate recently dropped I spoke with Arif Caushaj about refinancing my mortgage. He explained how I could also take advantage of the increased equity in my home and eliminate several home improvement loans I'm paying off. It was the right time for me to do this and I began the application process. Arif was there from beginning to end made sure I was kept aware of how it was proceeding. Amazingly, I was able to close in a little over three weeks. I can't believe how quickly and painlessly this was accomplished. My sincere thanks to Arif for all his hard work to make this happen."
