The information he ...Overall the experience started off very well. He kept me in the loop and I felt confident with the information he was providing me. Along the way, I started to lose confidence. The information he had quoted me for closing cost were not accurate and were much more than he said it would be. He also led me to believe that I could get a 2 month grace on my first payment. When speaking with the closing team, they stated he should know that based on the type of loan, it is only 1 month. It felt as though he was trying to earn whatever commission he was going to get off this closing by trying to sell me a pipe dream. Overall, from my first experience of when I originally purchased my house to now, VERY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. I loved my initial experience, but can't say I loved this one."
