When I called the line of Rocket Mortgage on 9/27/2024, I was desperate. I had minimum expectations and hope in finding a solution to my case. I had been doing research and calling different places without a positive outcome. I never felt safe with different associates answering the phone. Michael was kind and patient in the process and made sure to break everything down so that I was able to full understand what was going on through out financing part of the process. He also was willing work through off time and the weekend to try and through th process quicker as we were preparing to close in Late December, Michael got it done with no issues and made sure to get us the best possible deal. I’m extremely pleased with his work on my first home purchase and I would recommend him to anyone that’s looking to purchase. Buy with confidence and ease if you’re working with Michael!"

"I called and spoke with Roberto and he was not pushy at all he explained everything in detail and also it felt like he was a friend looking out for us we had good conversations during the process and ...I called and spoke with Roberto and he was not pushy at all he explained everything in detail and also it felt like he was a friend looking out for us we had good conversations during the process and everything went quick and easy I did have him to redo the numbers but other than that I've never had a closing on a refi go so easy I thought it was going to be very complicated and it wasn't I pre-signed everything the day of in the morning and in the afternoon we closed and it took under 30 minutes and it was just easy I would recommend rocket mortgage to anybody that wants to buy their first home or refinance thanks for making our life a lot easier Michael and Alicia Nantze"
