She was very reassuring professional, and a calming presence during this whole process of refinancing. Cayley would check in with me periodically to see how things were going with my divorce and I would also check in. She was so helpful during the process and treated me so well and with great respect."

Let me just say… I’m blown away. From day one, the process was seamless. My client was approved lightning fast, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I never had to chase updates or wonder where things stood—Chad’s communication was spot on. The loan was ready well before closing, and for once, we were the ones telling everyone else to catch up. She was incredibly responsive to questions and requests - at any time of day, questions both big and small. She worked with us from the offer stage all the way through closing (along with the full rocket team) but really helped shepherd us to the finish line. She was upfront and transparent about the key financial information - mortgage rates/cash to close etc at all stages of the process. Rachna was wonderful to work with, highly recommended!"

Well, before talking to him, there was action in my Rocket acct that I thought was the proposal from Ben so I ignored when he called, he left a voicemail. The voicemail was intriguing so I did call him on the next day and BAM! So happy I did. Ben put together a plan that was wonderful. We went with him, closed about three weeks later. Ben kept at it until he got my attention, that is a great quality."

They were very understanding when I was called by the folks who evaluated my property and I hesitated to confirm my information since I did not call them first and they gave me the address that was on my tax bill which is different from my postal mailing address. Since my tax info is public information and anyone access it, I was concerned this might be a scammers, but the Rocket team called me from a verified number and confirmed THEIR identity so I knew that the guy who was calling was legit. Easy to work with and efficient! A+"
