I made my monthly payments via their ...This review is for both Brooke and Nicole Portis; really the entire team. Rocket Mortgage purchased Mr. Cooper who serviced my primary veteran's mortgage. I made my monthly payments via their portal, but I had no other history with them. Move forward to 2026. We needed to purchase a home for my daughter, her husband and four children. Since the home would not be my primary residence, I had to finance it as an investment property which required a significant down payment. I had to access equity from our farm in order to cover the down payment and closing costs. Brooke did a wonderful job communicating the loan details, locking in the interest rates and remaining fully engaged. Once I committed to the loans, Nicole was assigned to my accounts. She was amazing. Absolutely amazing. I've heard nightmares about online mortgage companies, but Rocket Mortgage is exceptional and has an excellent efficient process that keeps everything moving. The portal was kept updated with tasks I need to complete; along with the tasks the Rocket team was completing. I would definitely use them again in the future. Closing was complete on both the home equity and the investment property within 32 days. It would have been finished at least a week earlier if we had not needed to fix a major safety issue with our deck railing. (missing balusters and spaced 6" apart instead of < 4" by Ohio code)."

What at times looked near hopeless, she stayed resilient, stuck with us and now we are owners of the most beautiful house that has been completely remodeled. Every new transaction has to start somewhere and normally it's with a simple phone call. When I got off the phone with Keilly after our initial call to discuss our clients home buying goals, I immediately told my buyer he will be working with the A Team! Keilly was extremely diligent and proactive throughout every aspect of the transaction, all the while provided continued knowledge and comfort to our client. We had a couple of major hiccups in the process that would cause a whole transaction to crash and burn, but not with Keilly at the wheel. She stuck in there, worked seamlessly with me and got our client to the closing table for his very first home. Communication is key for success in this industry and Keilly is a locksmith!!
