When I called the line of Rocket Mortgage on 9/27/2024, I was desperate. I had minimum expectations and hope in finding a solution to my case. I had been doing research and calling different places without a positive outcome. I never felt safe with different associates answering the phone. I was extremely lucky that Maria answered the phone. In less than ten minutes, she changed my way of thinking. I was apprehensive to the idea of refinance my house. She listened to my situation with details and was very honest to explain me that it was basically my only solution. And it was the best in my case. She even had my documents ready to go days before they needed to be.
